There isn't much that can be said about Junna, except that she is probably the most entertaining drummer of this generation, and is really, really good. She's is in her 20's now, but looks a bit younger.

Beethoven famously said to make errors is human, but to play without passion is unforgivable.

Dragonforce's drummer watched this video and loved it.

She is 23 years old today and a lot younger when she made that video. Smile in the end and didnt even fucking break a sweat.

Respect to you. I've watched a lot of reactions to her, but only one other drummer admitted that she is better than him. The Dragonforce drummer has reacted to this, and said that it was his favorite cover. Both that she did it so well and how much she enjoyed playing.

Imagine how much fun it would be to play a song with this lady. How could you not have the time of your life. The energy she brings to everything she plays is to large for life.

Junna was a member of TRiDENT (formerly Girls Rock Band KAKUMEI ガールズロックバンド革命). You can see her drumming in their video "Voltage".

She’s amazing. So much energy and joy.

Junna is a Japanese female so she's aged somewhere between 12 and 45!!!! 1:56 It's a CD!!! I haven't bought a CD in years, I miss it!!!! Dragonforce drummer said this was the best cover he's ever seen 7:44 That is in the song and the "Drinking" clip in the corner is an homage to the original video

This is an old video, so I assume you already know Junna was in a band called Trident. A great little band too. Their weight-to-noise ratio is off the charts. Their song "Voltage" is worth checking out.

Junna Was in That "Band", Back When TheTrio was Called "GRBK". ("GirlsRockBandKakumei") After Junna (Left Due to Travel HeadAches...or Was "Replaced"), "GRBK" Became "TRiDENT". They Still Rock!

DragonForce drummer Gee Anzalone reacted to this video and said it was his favourite drum cover of the song, so the band is at least aware of her existence. The thing about Juna and drummers like her is that, even if you don't necessarily like the music they're covering, their enthusiast is so contagious, you watch them just to see them have fun. Two examples for me personally would be Kalonica Nicx and Domino Santantonio.

She's basically a freelance drummer. She used to be a drummer for a Japanese rock band called Trident.

Haruna(lovebites) Akane( band maid ) Murata Tamu ( nemophilla) and Junna (ex kakumei now trident , junna now is a freelancer) all female , Japanese amazing , tiny and crazy but the craziest of all is Junna , btw she born in 1996, she's 25 now 😅😅🤘🤘

An over in the jazz/fusion world, there's Kanade Sato and one of the best drummers on the planet, Senri Kawaguchi.

I saw a comment on another video where her setup guy said there are three overhead mics and one just out of frame in front of the kick.

Junna has endorsements with Pearl drums, Sabian cymbals and Remo drum heads. Strung on her snare looks like Black Suede Snare.

She has pictures on Twitter of her kit fully mic’d with a least a dozen mics on stands that would get the sound we hear on her videos, but would look awful. I’m thinking they recorded and mixed the drums separately from the video. I’ve been mixing and recording hard rock bands since the 90s and there is no way to get those tones with over heads and room mics. They could have hidden triggers on the kick and snare but that’s a lot of effort for the studio tech when she can go at it the next day and perfectly match the recording in one take. She’s just that good.

The amount of force she projects defines the force in Newtons force/s. I was so anxious and swear that she was bout to turn into A super saiyan percussion goddess or sumfing.

If you like Junna, I think you will love Yoyoka. She is a 12 year old drummer and she have been a pro since she was 6. The video of her, that went viral was, her cover of "Good Times, Bad Times". When she was 8 years old. Then ther is her cover of "YYZ" , by Rush, when she was 11 and a few months ago she did a fantastic cover of "Burn" by Deep Purple. At 11 years old she was inducted on Drummers World Top 500 drummers...

That being said, if you like Love Bites, you should watch my favorite hard rock band, Band Maid. They are the best! Great lead vocals and backup vocals, lead guitar, rhythm guitar, bass guitar and drummer. The lead guitarist writes the music and the vocalists write the lyrics. ANY of their songs are recommended. Live versions are best. From Thrill in 2014 to Warning in 2021, they are awesome!

Junna is 24 turning 25 this winter.. Easter egg. keep your eyes on the sticker on the snare... 😉
