I LOVE the part with the old lady ; when she asks him when he got out of Alcatraz, the way he sounds when he answers, all deep voice ''ooh ehhhhh, thats nearly 10 years now'', its so like... i have no words to describe it, but THAT, is acting. The scene is fun, touching and sarcastic all at the same time. xD

Johnny Depp is gonna be awesome in this film. Can't wait for it

I'm watching it for Benedict, I've watched every movie he's in since his work in Sherlock.

I'm so glad Johnny Depp is in this. It reminds me that he can play more than just a crazy drunk pirate, or a Native American who acts like a crazy drunk pirate, or a guy in a hat with mercury poisoning who acts like a crazy drunk pirate.

He is part native and he played a gangster in Donnie Brasco and Public enemies just because you only watch Disney movies does not mean he is not versatile. I saw this in the theatre with my brother btw and we loved it.

I can't wait to see this! Johnny Depp Looks amazing and sounds amazing. Benedict Cumberbatch will probably have an amazing Boston accent (a lot of actors can't nail it).

I love Johnny Depp, he's so talented and good in ANY movie he does.

Don't forget Eddie Redmayne is playing the true story of the 1st transgender woman in the Danish Girl, directed by Tom Hooper (who won oscar for directing the king's speech), i know the Oscars logic they adore those kind of roles, I can tell without even seeing the performances that Redmayne will most probably win his 2nd Oscar next, over Depp & DiCaprio (in case they got nominated) lol

Well yeah, Redmayne'll probably get it if the story is on point but if DiCaprio is on the same level as Redmayne but The Revenant turns out to be a better film, I think DiCaprio got it, and the transgender things already been done with Dallas Buyers Club (Jared Leto) so I don't think it'll have the same impact, especially if Redmayne doesn't give a better performance than Leto, the comparisons will most definitely have an effect how Redmayne's performance is judged

Confused Demon Productions​​ I highly doubt Hateful Eight gets an actor Oscar, maayyybe a nomination but a win? That's a big stretch, when Waltz won his, it was just a supporting role and he didn't have a lot of stiff competition, I feel Leo had a much better performance in that film and he didn't even get a nomination! I don't see any leads in Hateful Eight taking an Oscar especially seeing the steep competition this year, but don't get me wrong though Im a huge Tarantino fan! But a Best Original Screenplay is more likely what it'll take home, maybe even a Best Director but even there he's fighting an uphill battle

dont get me wrong, i love the jack sparrow character and although the movies themselves aren't perfect, i do enjoy his craziness in movies like Alice and Dark Shadows and of course PoTC. but im glad he's makin a return to more serious roles and not being typecast as Jack Sparrow
