But someone like me who doesn't speak Chinese would struggle to get around don't you think? The Chinese kids were so cute and so nice . They were so interested in getting to know you. Their mom was also so nice, what a great person. For people who aren't familiar with Black people, Chinese seem to be very welcoming and way more open than a lot of European countries who have been in contact with Black people for centuries. Western media be portraying China as this dictatorship homogenous country very racist where the citizens live in fear etc... Your videos show a complete different side.

Hi Fel. Once again thank you for your wonderful videos. We truly appreciate your effort and I wish you a safe stay over there. Continue to be a good ambassador for Africans and black people in China. There is something i have noticed in most of your videos. The Chinese people have had recent contact with black people, yet you can see that they are very eager to approach you and get to know you and where you come from. They are not afraid of you or discourage their children from coming closer to you, unlike White Europeans, who go about teaching hate and instilling fear of the black people to their children. There is a clear difference between being curious, ignorant and pure hate. The Chinese may be ignorant about black people because they just came in contact with us recently, but they do not have outright hate trade for black folks.

China unfortunately is likely the most racist country in the world. I lived there as a white man, and people spoke awfully about blacks. They care a lot about "face" 面子 and hate when anybody says anything bad about China. They understand if they're directly racist, then this is something that could make them lose face and make China look bad...especially on video. Not all of them are racist, but most are. They're literally taught that dark skin is ugly and blacks are intellectually inferior in school. Props to Fel for allowing people to have positive interactions with blacks and open their minds up though!

I pray and hope this is your true self and your true reality so that many more can be inspired to view and see Asia thru someone true perpective 🙋🏾‍♀️🇨🇩💕

I particularly loved how humble was this man who spoke to you about African countries. It shows how open chinese people are to conversations, this feels quite awesome and wholesome in a new level for me to watch. Considering the recent political backlash wordlwide, this is a heartwarming video

Dude im mexican, been to japan a bunch of times and the knowledge people have there over latin american culture is shocking. Ive met dudes who could sing complete mexican songs in spanish and they dont speak spanish at all. They know small details of the culture unknown to most americans although most have never been in this continent. I was in a pro Palestine event in tokyo, and last band play did a Chilean song, i had no idea but my JAPANESE friend told me! Really educated people.

Just want to point out that at 13:38, the gentleman's actually from Hunan Province, not Fulan, Guangxi. Hunan people have difficulty pronouncing the consonant "n" if it's at the beginning of a syllable because it doesn't exist in their local language Hunanese, aka Xiang.
