What is disc golf?
A game much like "ball golf" except in which a concave plastic disc is thrown into each of a series of metal baskets situated on an outdoor course, the objective is to complete the course using the fewest possible throws.
Who Plays Disc Golf?
Disc golf can be played from school age to old age, making it one of the greatest lifetime fitness sports available. The sports have been around since 1970 and disc golf is so easy to learn, no one is excluded. Players merely match their pace to their capabilities and proceed from there. The Professional Disc Golf Association is a membership-based organization in 47 countries, with over 100,000 members, the PDGA is the governing body for the sport of disc golf and sanctions competitive events for men and women of every skill level from novice to professional. Thousands of permanent disc golf courses can be found all across the globe. Our goal is to review them all with our 4K drone to help grow the game.
