BLACK GENETICS EXPLAINED

Спорт

In this video I explain the truth about "BLACK GENETICS". My intention is only to educate, not to discriminate.
I learnt a lot of this information from watching Team 3D Alpha's video on Black Genetics. I followed up by researching for myself to see if what I had learnt was reliable. And I have come to find that this information is true and reliable.

@@LuckyFlesh the genes he mentioned has no or extremely tiny effect on the difference in performance between black and white. This is well documented fact in scientific literature. The Truth is that science does not know the main reasons, why black has an advantage in speed events. In fact, if you took a genetic test for these genes, and would have a "bad" genotype like this dude states, this does not mean that you cannot beat 100 sprint world record. We simply do not know what you are capable of. More research is needed to find major reasons. There is no genetic test to tell you if will be talented in specific event. The best test is to actually try the event, do training and see.

Ok so I’m a black American and like this video makes a lot of things make sense. I’ve never taken steroids or protein shakes or anything…but like my athletic genetics have always been relatively exceptional. I was a gymnast, and even though i wasnt a Simone biles, I was still exceptionally good at building muscle and strength. I’ve always been muscular and doing things as simple as 50 pushups a day yielded amazing results. I didn’t really start to shine until i hit the gym for real in fall 2022. I gained muscle like crazy, and a lot of my friends were shocked…even i was. I didnt know how to explain it but i always had the subconscious feeling it was because i am black. But like that doesnt explain anything. This video reallllyyyy helped to explain why me and a lot of my siblings pretty much dominate when we doing things like sports or anything physical.

@@noidols00 nobodies coping? Every race has their advantages in athletics it’s just common sense. You’re the only one coping because of your racial bias. White people are better at weight lifting, power lifting, arguably body building (it’s a close tie between white ppl, black ppl, and Islanders/Samoans) wrestling, etc. European ancestors had to be stalkier/buffer and more durable because of the harsh cold and larger prey and predators thousands of years ago. There’s a reason all of the best power lifters and wrestlers by a mile are white because our ancestors had to have a body build to survive in freezing weather and huge prey. And like the guy said in the video black ppl are better at sprinting and jumping because of the heat and small/fast prey of Africa. Have an open mind and be accepting of all peoples differences. Now ofc like the guy in the video said these are just a very broad generalization and tons of white peoples can he super fast and jump high and tons of black people are good at power lifting and wrestling.

Ya well unfortunately, the topic of genetics can create openings for people to promote things like phrenology. You know, like Calvin Candy in "Django Unchained". It's actually kind of a shame because there probably is some useful insights to gain from comparing the skulls of different races/cultures. In fact, "Marvelous" Marvin Hagler was considered to be a boxer that was damn near impossible to actually knock out. He'd been rocked plenty of times, but is one of the few boxers of that era to not get flat-lined. Now, I'm not sure if this is legit, but apparently Hagler had agreed to be a research subject because of his steel chin and it was claimed that his skull was slightly thicker than most human beings. However, this was during the late 80's, early 90's and no one really knows if this was true or not. And the speculation was, that the research was not publicized because there was some concern that it could provide ammo for people in the boxing world to de-legitimize Hagler's achievements, among other things. But if there is anything to that, it could be valuable. Not just in identifying people with potential benefits but maybe even inform athletes that play contact/combat sports that they may have a higher risk for head trauma.

No crap he’s a genius probably without anything, but when you actually look at his childhood, he had supportive parents that gave him everything he needed educationally. Well organized video! Its nice to see a video that isn't scared to talk about race genetics in sports. I am a biology student myself and found this very informative as I have always been into sports genetics. Have you heard of David Epstein's book "The Sports Gene"? It talks about sports genetics at a larger scale relating to race genetics and nature vs nurture.

Theres no excuse in Football. Blacks are just better. Theres no excuse in running. Blacks are just better. Theres no excuse for basketball, blacks are just better. And to be honest, theres no excuse in strongman and Olympic weight lifting. Whites and Asians are just better. Boxing, Hispanics are better. People are making every excuse in the book. Like well uh steroids and African countries have no money, and culture. Huh, steriods also effect endurance and speed. So why do they still dominate marathon and sprints but not lifting? Also a Black in America and White in America have the same chances to be in the same competitions. Yet strongman like Brian Shaw, are the most notable from America. Now Black people have broken records in strongman. So you cant say they dont have a presence. Just so many excuses. And with social media and the way information is transmitted across the globe changing social culture basically overnight, you cant really use the "well its not something they are into". Because theres way more black people into strongman and powerlifting than 20 years ago. Yet the big three lifts are still being dominated by people like Hafthor. And tbh, its gonna be that way for awhile. Ice landers wont give that spot up easily or willingly.

There was the head-on collision between the little Mexican player and this far larger Anglo American one. The Mexican player immediately recovered and was allowed to continue while the much larger Anglo American player had to be carried out still unconscious on a stretcher.

Need I elaborate on the different groups under the umbrella of black. So you can't say what do white people excel in, technically there isn't a white people. @@Iaintsayinnothin.. well, european populations are much more closely related to one another than african populations to one another. Because european populations are a mix of the same ancestral groups, but in different proportions. These ancestral groups are western european hunter & gatherers, early european farmers from western anatolia and the agean, as well as the yamnaya people or indoeuropeans from eastern europe. Every european can be genetically modelled as a mix of these groups, but as i said, in varying proportions. Northern- and eastern europeans generally inherited more indoeuropean/yamnaya and western european hunter & gatherer DNA. Southern europeans on the other hand inherited more of the early european, anatolian farmer component. But you'd really have to look trough a modern high-tech sequencing machine to see the genetic difference between spaniards and germans for example.

People just stop calling the XX variant of the ACTN3 Gene “bad” because usually those with RR like myself can’t even bike uphill without getting tired in seconds. Can bench 350 lbs for one rep but can only knock out 50 push-ups in a row. Muscle endurance is simply trash when you have RR period. You may be likely to be a pro athlete, but at any military special ops training, we simply are too constantly gassed to dominate.

Good research. I like the overall interpretation. There is probably a strong gene for North Caucasian men, like in Norway, and there are many in the Quebec Province I come from. The friend of my dad was like 5'6'' tall, and he had a natural strength. I saw him lift over a thousand pounds of weight (two truck wheels full of cement) between his legs, do a 360 degrees turn on himself then drop them back on the floor. Even his fellow strong men couldn't do more than lift this weight, an inch of the ground for half a second. My dad of average built at 6 feet couldn't even move it. We had famous strong men in Quebec, like Louis Cyr and Victor Delamarre, before the use of anabolic steroids. I agree with all you say about many black men genetics. Most of them have very round muscle belly, which is sought after in bodybuilding.

Having said that, genetics is a tricky thing as personally I played sports since the age of 2, was division 1 soccer U5 all the way to state at 12yrs old, then played tennis to ATP level, and also did national elite road cycling. My 100m sprint in year 10 was 10.7 secs. Meanwhile, I am an ectomorph, light frame, was 89kgs peak with 380kg leg press. Now I am a skinny 78kgs at 52 and tell younger kids to always be aware of genetic predisposition. If a child doesn't start sports at 2-3yrs, it's a tough gig programming the body otherwise.

I'm descended from a group of people from the Scottish highlands that no longer exist as a culture, identity or people, just their genetics do and only slightly. They were called the Picts and were usually pretty hairy, medium height, had dark /dark brown hair, sometimes red and did well in colder climates (obviously, we're talking about really north europe.) I have all of these traits. But in the past I was always really baffled because some of my black friends would tell me "You just don't look like the white people from around here. Yea, you're white, but you look different. " I didn't really understand what they meant, but now I do. I've got this really ancient, indigenous blood in me from a place that used to be scarcely populated. Every ethnicity and culture has it's own unique and beneficial genetics and I am fascinated with each and every culture of the world. Really cool video. I learned a lot. I don't understand why there needs to be ANY sensitivity on this topic. I feel like the commentors above, who were getting worked up, weren't able to absorb the breathe of the topic, so they just grabbed a small takeaway and ran with it.
