    its my experience this amount of cooking anything would eliminate just about every beneficial property there was in the berry. i would cold press the berry in a juicer, seive and mix it with a cooled water that was heatred previously and sugar dissolved. Dont ruin the benefits of the berries like this visdeo suggests.

    no need to boil for 1h thats crazy. 10-15 minutes is all you need. just use a spoon and a sieve to remove skins from fruit
