A simple way, Put of your lights off for 3 day (Maximum). Cover the tank for no light ingress. After 3 days open the cover. Put Siamese Algae Eater (Small size). I have a fully planted high tech aquarium. Aquarium was heavily infested with BBA. The above solution helped me. Others pls do try

Jab khet mein kuch unwanted plats aate hai,to farmar log apna faura kudal lekar use saaf karte hai,agar kuch sprey kiya to,phir aajata hai aur fasal ko nuksaan hota hai,aise hi,meujhe lagta hai apna aquarium ka kudal faura jai se tooth brush le kar saaf kar na every week yehe hi sab se badiya tarika hai,aap ke video se meine yehi sikha

I need your expert advise. I have built a 300L Discus tank. It is planted. Soil used Amazonia 2. Sand was from JBL. All drift wood and stones are from ADA store in Bangalore. Kept the tank at 30C, CO2 is there. Use Drop Checker to maintain stable CO2. When the light is off apply air pump. There are 14 discus, some 60 cardinal tetra/Rumynose, 18 corydora, 8 bristle nose plecko and many shrimp. Plants are all hardy type Anubias, Ferns, Christmas moss, different crypt, Echinodorus Arjuna. Use light for 7 hours (Chihiros B series). The tank is setup now for 4 months. I am seeing Black Brush Algae. I varied CO2, adjusted light, adjusted fertiliser (use Tropica specialised). However no respite. Change 20% water every weekend. No use. Fishes are healthy. Water parameter is great. How to handle? Any suggestion is appreciated

I have bare bottom tank with Zebra Danios only. I have sponge filter which i wash weekly and i sponge scrub my tank weekly. Till date touchwood I haven't had any issue of Algae. I do a refill of fresh water daily

Algae problem are mostly for planted tanks. If u have empty tank with one or more decoration and do cleanup weekly there won't b algae problems ever

Sir in my Baby Red Slider Tank i have a small hang on Filter for Filteration and I have added 2 Black Mollies in it to get rid of BBA (Black Brush ALGAE) and to increase CO2 naturally. But sir i dont have any separate Air Pump for oxygen. Do i need to add a air pump to my tank for increasing Oxygen level or the small hang on filter will be enough to generate oxygen (Though Creating Very less bubbles). Sir my main target is to remove and stop BBA. (I haven't installed air pump earlier since Red slider don't need them). Please reply.

Don't use filament bulb as it will create heat ..u can use led bulb...and as u were asking about algae so that depends upon how much time u switch the light on!
