I have been looking for a good handheld steamer, and stumbled upon your video. I have a question. For the 'Black & Decker Garment Steamer', there are a lot of reviews on Amazon saying it stopped working after 1-2 months, and the customer service is not responsive. How is the performance of your handheld steamer on a long term view? How long and frequently have you been using it.

@@rishita5986 haven’t purchased yet. Still confused among the same 3 products. The philips/havells one has less voltage and the power might be low. But honestly, even that one has bad reviews 😅 none of my friends have used such a product so unable to get any insights.

@@jyotijha5988 i have decided to go with this. This is an international brand. Today's time is such that many companies are working without open service centre. Like smart bulbs u call service they pick up through courier.

@@jyotijha5988 i also read those comments on Amazon but finally decided to go with this as it is more compact than others also I saw this on "her fab way" channel thats when I came to know about it. It comes with universal spray cap that can be attached to any bottle like Pepsi etc. That will also reduce the weight while operating it. Not problem may be because people don't really read the manuals. May be we should use only ro water or something like that.

It is not giving continuous steam, stopping only after 10 seconds then again i have to press power button. Why so! Please help

Not even steaming one cloth at a time, needs to be pressed on multiple times, every 15seconds’
