Could the candy be "tinted" to achieve the same effect....or would the results be totally different?

How similar is spilt blood with black abyss to wine candy? I tried comparing the pictures and they look the same. Is there any difference in person ?

hi mate they are totally different . spilt blood with black abyss is extremely dark compared with candy wine . if your looking for an easy color to spray then candy wine would be more suitable .

How do you avoid mottle with that? What if you sprayed 85% overlap

im told it will still mottle . I'm the type of painter that wont let a color beat me. will continue to paint it to work out a way . possibly closing the fan and tighter overlap

@@DNAPaints why you dont put the tank a bit more upright, this way you could go in one motion over it, not like you did the front separetly.. walk the tank

no worries , Mottle is basicly un-even paint or mettalics standing up and laying down which looks uneven . mottle with candy is extremely difficult to fix over large areas . spraying candy with 70% over lap reduces mottle
