Hello, Thank you so much for your helpful videos. I am working with Beckhoff Drivers and motors, Indeed I am trying to implement the torque controller on this setting. Is it possible to give me some guidance on how to apply PID to the torque control motor? Thank you

Hello! Are you using vector or servo control. From my personal view, do not use PLC as torque loop controller. For controlling speed, torque, position are recommend to be implemented via motion controller (servo drive). PLC is used to initiate the start command. Because, speed, torque, position can be controlled properly by the driver controller it self and the loop signal speed can be fasted calculated. I recommend you use servo drive e.g. AX5000 www.beckhoff.com/english.asp?drive_technology/servo_drives_axxxxx.htm

Are you doing the packaging project, such as winder, share load, or tension control? Do you have encoder for your drive? Try restarting your system after the license reactivation. Also I would recommend download TwinCAT from Beckhoff Official website and install the latest version. XAE : www.beckhoff.com/en-en/support/download-finder/software-and-tools/
