Recently the US increased Tariff ( custom duty) for all imports from China increase to promote local manufacturing in the US companies ? ... Will Modi have the guts to do the same ? I guess not .. because all his big corporates friends give him donations so that they can import cheap materials from China to increase their profit and because of this the local Indian SMSE suffer.

It’s combination of both, and when someone is born with negative traits; no education is going to help them change. Also , ur notion of power currupts people is missing out on many good kings that are noted in our history.
