BJJ Techniques: ARM DRAG TO BACK TAKE BY GORDON RYAN //
In this BJJ Techniques video, Gordon Ryan demonstrates the Arm Drag to Back Take Jiu Jitsu move.
Gordon Ryan is one of the greatest grapplers to ever compete. Having won several EBI's, ADCC, No Gi Worlds Double Gold, No Gi Pans, and more he has cemented himself as a legend.
This is a clip off of Gordon's new instructional series "Systematizing The Closed Guard by Gordon Ryan."
BJJ Fanatics was started by a pair of black belts (Bernardo Faria & Michael Zenga) who feel that nothing is more important than improving your BJJ skills as much as possible in the least amount of time. Their aim was to create a shop for BJJ Students who don’t look at BJJ as a sport - but as a lifestyle.

White belt question.... At 4:57 as you've isolated her right arm couldn't you lift your left leg up to her back, extend yourself backwards with her right arm, therefore flattening/controlling her out, with a side clamp. Then get 2 on one on her wrist/hand, swing the left leg over the head for a belly down arm-bar?? Or am I missing something??

Grips will take your game to the next level yes. By just improving your gripping game, you will make a massive investment and jump in your jits. Watch the world champs when they compete, it's 100% about the initial grips. I forgot the guy's name, but saw a video on a guy who won judo World champs, and he ascribes it completely to superior grips.
