I have a bizhubc300i and I was able to get all the way through clearing the settings, but when I went back into reactivate the hard drive, it didn’t give me a keypad to do the 00 stop 001 mine only has soft keys. It has no hard keys and it only states that the web browser can only be used. How do I overcome this so that I can get it back to the main homes page as well as getting the hard drive turned back on

Could you help me with c3850 , I like to reset it to factory state .
