how to reset admin and servicemenu password on copier. bizhub C754/C654/C554/C454/C364/C284/C224
1. Copy the A145FW.tar file to the root folder of USB flash memory stick.
2. Install the USB flash memory into USB maintenance slot to download firmware.
3. Turn the main SW ON.
4."Data initialization completed!" is shown.
5. Turn the main power switch OFF/ON.
6. Remove the USB flash memory from the MFP maintenance USB port.
7. Turn the main SW ON. CD390 error is indicated on the operation panel (normal operation).
8. Let the MFP reboot two times (on its own) until you see the Restore Tab on the control panel.
9. Touch the "Restore button then YES to execute the restore data from SSD board to MFP board.
10. Turn the main SW OFF.
11. Upload the latest firmware.
Default password:
admin menu: 1234567812345678
system menu: 9272927292729272
Conditions for USB memory which can be used for updating the firmware are as follows:
- Securities such as data encryption and password lock shall be released, or the security function shall be turned Off.
- Memory with 1 GB to 2 GB are recommended (One with 4 GB or more may not operate)
- Compatible with USB Version 1.0/2.0 interface
- Formatted with FAT32 type
- A USB flash memory that appears as multiple drives on a computer cannot be used.

Phuc Van What's your problem? Take USB flash drive with volume up to 2 GB, no more. Format to FAT32. Save the archived file .tar.
