Have a c308 and get faded lines at the top wondering if the fuser or something else is at the end of life and needs replacing ???

I don't believe it's the heater, but everything is possible. Check IMAGE UNIT and TRANSFER BELT!

can you tell me what causes horizontal line top and bottom of page? I have Olivetti d-colourmf282plus, think it's same as biz hub, and what's the small pull out near power supply for? like a small tray with netting inside! thanks!

Thank you for the help. Am using C284 ...it's printing faded margin on colour printing

@samnyenyai9202 If I'm correct, I'm guessing that at one end, the print fades when you print in color. I had a problem with the glass in the laser unit, the mirrors and prism of the laser were fogged up. Try cleaning it, it might help.

Using c224e and getting black toner (black dirty prints) on the edge footer part of A4 size paper. Tried this but didn't work.

You must check the condition of the image unit, transfer belt and developer unit. It is possible that you have acquired an OPC drum, so it extracts the developer powder from the unit. It is difficult to speak like this by heart, it is best diagnosed on the spot.

You forgot the Gradation adjustment. This is important to do from time to time.

Important to know which distant the lines have. If you have a spare one, you can try to switch the black drum and see if it helps.

Hi, we have this same printer KM C258. Issue is it has black line stains (straight lines) on the paper. Would you mind take a look at the sample? And may I ask for you email. Thank you
