I could always bite through acrylic. It’s such a horrible habit, being self conscious all the time is exhausting. Awesome job Anna ❤

I had this problem also. I was allways bitting my nails when I was bored or stressed. But then I started doing my own manicure, first with nail polish and hand file and now I do my own gell nails. This helps me relieve my stress and since it’s my own work I don’t want to destroy it so it prevents me from bitting. Also I allways carry some hand file, scisors and nail oil in case I’m in work or school and feel like bitting my nails instead I oil them or file them a bit.

I appreciate your message about continuing in things despite setbacks and almost invisible progress. The nails came out beautifully and I'm so proud of Anna ❤

I really enjoy seeing videos with Anna and watching her progress. You both should be proud of it, and half the fun is hearing you gush about it! I also really like this design and never thought about using blooming gel that way but I'm going to try that out. I've been wanting to do a set with cute character stickers, but they look plain by themselves so I think I will try this method to create that faded edge color background and put the cuties on top!

I agree about bitten nails being transformed because I used to bite my nails and I’ve been getting acrylic nails done since January 2023 and now my natural nails are long enough for it to be an acrylic overlay at this point in time I go every 3 weeks I’m in love with them

Anna’s nails are so great now! Here in Canada we call those glitter pieces Mylar. Mica is a pigment powder over here 😊

I just started using polygel because after a year as a new nail tech it was obvious I’m allergic to the monomer causing my eyes and nose to run copiously. Glad I saw this ..

I learnt with dual forms and although they are quick and ok I much prefer to apply the polygel over half tips or paper forms. Alot better finish better shape. That's just my preference but I love learning to do nails

I had to stop doing my nails. they never stayed on long cause my nails are so oily and I'm also a nail biter. I can't use a cuticle oil, Gel or even acrylics. then recently I started doing digital art so even when I have short temporary glue on nails, I can't tap the screen I need to back space, even those glue on nails are supposed to last a week, they don't even last 48 hours for me. I love Anna's nails!!!

This set was pretty quick, about 2 hours. But when we do more complicated designs, or her hands used to be in worst condition (many hangnails, dry cuticles) it was longer, about 3- 3,5 hours

Whenever I go to the Chinese nail shops they clip the extension and then dig it out. It's so painful. I think I'll find a Russian nails place in Canada

Polygel has acrylic in it. It’s gel mixed with acrylic. So if your client is allergic you acrylic use gel, not polygel/hybrid gel.

😂 😂 I think you meant for beginners to start with "hand file" and then when your confidence grows, switch to "electric file" I made the terrible mistake of using an electric file first, and I completely damaged my nails, it took over a year for them to recover!!!

Almost a month? That's at least 2 months nail growth
