Got a must do for your setup... get 4 dice bags instead of stacking the tiles so you can just pull them out blindly when you need them. You might also get a few bins to divide resources. I put all player pieces cards and starting resources in a bag to hand to players with their board. Now setup is a breeze. The teach: 1)anatomy of card, unlocking dice, activating crystals. 2) freeing pilgrims with crystals, Burning pilgrims to unlock dice as a free action 3)Iwakura stones and pilgrims scoring 4)placing dice in land of Yomi and the use of amulets. 5) Dragonflies and Lost Mitama Spirits 6) using Buildings 7) crossing river and actions available 8)Bitoku cards and building a path 9) Kodamas and vision cards 10) placing dice in the forges buildings and crystals (purple fish on player board) 11) placing dice at the stairs of knowledge, pilgrim movement and bitoku path 12) placing dice in the glade of jade, resources and dice pips are also victory points 13) placing dice at the home of the Great spirit actions and first player (3 purple points) 14) player aid, phases of the game, icons, and end game scoring.

Perfect as allways. And now I am eager to buy it. My wife and i enjoy a good Euro game and i think bitoku will be joining the collection if it's available in Germany again. But like you said, heavy Euro games are not that good with more then 2 players because of the downtimes.

This looks right up my alley. Hopefully it will eventually come to Australia 😀

Just like a worker placement, other players might go where you want to. Other than that, not a lot.

Wonder if you guys had any thoughts on Solo mode, that definitely would in the "What's bad about the game".

Oh man, you know it. The only time I tried it, I got to a point in the AI's table, where such a situation was not covered. So yeah, solo is not good for this one.
