made a new high to 73k and buy the 1% drops and ride it up to next new high and do it over and over. Best time to get in is at discount for example when bitcoin makes it to 80k you could place limit buy orders at every 10% drop it's all up to how you want to play this game but longterm it will go up every 4 years simply unbeatable investment vehicle right now ;)

The housing market is not anywhere near comparable to 2008. The housing market in 2008 collapsed because banks gave out millions of loans to unqualified people. The housing market right now is only stale because of 7% mortgage rates. There's no comparison.
