There are several meetups, I think you might just miss the Mi Primer Bitcoin one in El Salvador, it's the last Thurs of the Month. But Bitcoin Beach goes the first Tues I believe. Look for meetup #14.

@@cfcf6216 fiat is by decree. It is created from thin air and only viable because of a belief system. Whereas bitcoin has proof of work, a finite amount and it can be audited every 10 min.
