Couldn’t agree more with Tom when he was talking about Gane, guy thought he could get to the title without having to risk it against Tom and now that a belt is on the line he’s comfortable taking the risk. Whereas Tom just risked everything taking a fight against the most dangerous guy in the division on two weeks notice, he can call the shots now and Gane can get to the back of the line

He's got a point about Gane because even recently, Gane was saying fighting Aspinall made no sense to fight down, and nobody really knows who he is for it to be worth the risk. Same as a prime cain Velasquez. Jones didn’t even fancy a move into that weight class until he beat Cormier the second time around(while being on steroids)and for the first time called out the mighty Brock lesnar. The fight didn’t materisalised because he got popped and got suspended. When he came back though there was no willingness to move up and face prime stipe unlike dc who stepped up despite being 5feet 10 and as chubby as you a Macdonald worker.

I agree but, I’ll be surprised if Jones doesn’t challenge him. Jones was a heavyweight before for real and, taking off 2-3yrs just to get properly prepared for heavyweight and dominate like, he has been. Then be challenging Francois at the same time is just more of his (Jones) bullshit. Yea he’s great and been great but he’s had a size and athleticism advantage on most and experience on the rest.

@@_KaiRos-11 I think jones in his prime would have challenged him in an instant but even his last few light heavyweight fights he wasn’t his best, gane was the perfect opponent to come back at heavyweight and also stipe with his age and lack of competition but Tom is a whole different animal and young and hungry which really makes a difference plus has not been through all the wars jones has. I would love to see them fight I just think another year or so after rehabbing injury he won’t fight Tom. I could be completely wrong only time will tell mate.

Realistically, Tom is undisputed. It's in the word ''Undisputed.'' Not up for dispute, not being disputed. Aspinall is actively chasing after Jon's belt, while Jon is not EVER attempting a shot at Aspinall's belt. As such, Jon's title is being disputed, while Aspinall's isn't, making Aspinall the Undisputed Champ.

One of the most talented fighters, brings a complete skill set that for the most part is lacking in the heavyweight, there may be some guys who hit slightly harder, there may be some who grapple slightly better, but there is nobody who brings those qualities together like Aspinall, at HW. I was leaning toward Sergei, had seemed very 'scary' to quote what you guys were saying. Clearly Tom more than rose to the occasion. Very happy, was a great card, and this was, for me, the highlight. Well deserved for a fellow who seems like a nice down to earth guy.

Then procceed to deny Gane a shot out of revenge while saying Gane should fight Almedia, knowing fully well that Gane will loose that fight. Decided to call out a fighter who is coming off a loss, Tai tuivasa who is a very easy match up for him. Saying the greatest fighter of all time Jon Jones should be stripped of his belt because he got injured. If that is your idea of a gentleman, you better check your standards.
