Sorry I took a while to get this video done. Some has asked this from me since last year. I hope this recipe do you justice 😊 This is my version of the Suji Brunei. It’s a fail proof recipe, very easy to follow.

Preheat oven to 160°C for 15 mins
Yield : I forgot to count the number of pieces I got from this batch, I think probably around 100 pcs or so.
\\ Ingredients
200g Ghee
45g Shortening
120g Butter
120g Icing Sugar
400g Plain Flour
80g Corn Flour
12g Rice Flour
115g Semolina
160g Cornflakes
150g Milk Powder
50g Nestum
50g Icing Sugar

    Tepong suji atau semolina untuk biskut jadi crispy.Bolih pakai crisco ganti minyak sapi dan buboh tepong kastard.Resepi legenda ibu saya.

    Salam awak . Nak tanya ...kalau takda tepung suji takpa tak ? Tepung suji untuk apa ya ? Function dlm suji brunei ni ? Telur plk awak guna gred A ka ?

    Salam, boleh ganti pd tepung gandum atau plain flour tp akan ade beza pada texture, rasa dan warna. Dlm resepi ni tak guna telur.

    da buat tadi. tp malang sekali..rasa agak tawar. mungkin sbb coating nye gune terlalu banyak susu . most suji guna sama banyak gula halus n susu.. but here susu da 150gm whilst gula 50gm only + nestum .so rasa lemak terlebih. i have to add another 50gm of sugar to balance it. just my 2 cents

    Hi, terima kasih sudi cuba resepi saya. Ade org suka manis dan ade yg suka lemak. Ade org taruk susu dan nestum je dan ade yg taruk gula saje. Mmg sy tak suka biskut ni manis jadi resepi yg saya buat mmg lebih lemak dari manis tapi boleh je kalau awak lebih suka yg guna sama bnyk susu dan gula. Itu terpulang citarasa masing2. Terima kasih juga beri pendapat disini. Kalau ade sape2 yg terbaca dan nak kan lebih manis salutannya boleh je ubah sikit resepi kurangkan susu dan tambah gula 😊

    Mungkin juga boleh gantikan 50g tepung gandum ke icing sugar kalau nak manis lagi sikit.

    Salam dari s'pore saya nk tanye bole tk klau nk salutkan biskut suji nye cuma nestum dgn susu powder je tk pakai gula?

    Salam boleh InsyaAllah tp ade2 org rasa mcm tawar sikit salutannya, lagipun biskut nye tk manis sngt pun. Boleh cuba kalau tk nk manis 😊

    So many types of oils and flours are used in this recipe, not economical.
