This would be a really good draft. I think they take OT depth somewhere in this draft though

Good mock for sure. I hope we trade back from 29 and gain some capital, depending who is there at 29. The sweet spot for us in this draft really seems to be in the second round, a lot of great players I really like are going to go in the second.

LT Kiran Amegadjie is my sleeper pick of this draft. He’s got the traits, the brains, and work ethic to be a great LT. I would be happy if they drafted him in the 3rd round and let him develop for a season or two. I like Quantez Stiggers too I think he could turn into a starting outside CB.

Mike Sainristil had a 40 inch vertical. He should be able to play against quite a few WRs on the outside. It depends if he falls like Branch did.

I love kyree jackson along with the other 3 you mentioned we can get on day 2. I hope we double up on cb and don’t take one at 29, but trade back. Take one on day two and then take a shot on another on day 3.

I'm gonna go against popular opinion. I think the lions like thier o line room enough to not have to draft one with the first 2 picks. I seriously doubt they pass up a true #2 wr in ad Mitchell or Keon Coleman. Ad Mitchell is a younger more athletic josh reynolds this would complete the offense. I think it's between a top wr and if Johnny Newton is there he is an absolute game wrecker enough to say I could see Brad moving up a few spots to take either one of those guys.

@@frankribble4367 if you follow who they have been meeting with combined with the fact we still don't have a number 2 on the roster I'm willing to bet your phone gets broken on draft night. Please watch tape on ad Mitchell he's a poor man's cedee lamb. I wouldn't be mad at an o line but have a hard time drafting a guy that high just for him to sit.

@@michaelallen3149 Mitchell has a star ⭐ by his name on my list of WRs the Lions could target at 29. That means he is the top WR prospect. The Lions don't have an OT3 on the roster & have all depth spots filled at WR. I agree they have been interviewing guys higher than that. If they draft a WR in the 1st, maybe they trade Jamo. You can only invest so much at WR, if you are a run heavy team with an elite TE

If Newton is on the board run to the podium quickly. But I do like the trade back.

Scott Do you have any thoughts on OC Sedrick Van Pran? I have mocked him a lot at 73, which might be unrealistic. I mocked another center a lot in the 3rd Frank Ragnow. Lol. Here is a good question: I like pass rushing specialists, but do the Lions?

The modern NFL is about having more weapons than the other team can cover. The rules are making defense harder and harder teams gotta score a lot of points. What if one of those WR’s turns into a Superstar imagine how hard The Lions offense would be to stop.

if Lions do not get the best Kicker (Carty) then the entire draft is a waste. Getting to the 20 yd line to trot out the FG Team is not a long term winning formula.
