I follow your tips doc,but I find measuring food like this is bit too dramatic and non sustainable.And any diet when we follow has to be sustainable and one cannot measure every meal every other day they are going to have in their lifetime. Other than that you are good!

People commenting about weighing scale, Dr Pal just wanted us to give us info on roughly how much calories would 1 full biryani have and not to carry weighing scale where ever we go. I used to have one full biryani with 2 pieces and 1 egg now i roughly know how much calories i intake. Thanks Pal

Please understand everybody metabolism and nature of work and travelling every day is different. So it's better not to support this kind of general medical/diet recommendations as it will lead to difficult medical conditions.

@@globalestore5599knowing the calories of food you take-in is useful for everyone, no matter what your metabolic rate is. And definitely knowing the calories of Biriyani (taking large portion of Biriyani is very unhealthy) which we tempt to eat more helps everyone. He’s a gastroenterologist and he’s not recommending any diet here, he just discussed the calories of a dish and these awareness videos need to be supported.

Exactly..pls eat what u like..whether u maintain diet or not, we all die one day. Puneeth rajkumar was a regularly maintaining himself with exercise and going to gym..buy he died very early.pls guys follow basic rules in food n we don't hv to b very strict in all these..what do we gain by not eating what we like.i eat whatever I want but not in large quantity.. I eat many times in installments.i am 60 and I am active but with Lil Lil oldage health issues which is manageable.

Eating whatever you want is a bad idea because everyone will do it but no one has the self control to limit it. That's like saying take drugs, because puneeth Kumar died even when he was excercising and dieting.

If I have to eat my every meal calculating the calories with a weighing scale , I would just become a robot and have no fun in life , if that was the only option to live I would rather Ɗ¡€ Even bodybuilders who have to calculate calories to much minute levels have cheat meals and enjoy their food

Have 1 tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar with 250 ml of water every day preferably in the empty stomach, if not in the afternoon. Most of your gut issues will be vanished soon. Note: avoid tamarind, fermented foods and white sugar as much as possible for few months.

@@fredr3101 Nobody eats Biryani daily. If your doctor has specifically instructed you not to have it means you already have health problems so follow the instructions. If not then one biryani won't kill you. Secondly if you eat biryani or not we are all going to die oneday. That day has already fixed by God. So when death comes no one can argue " hey how can I die? I never had biryani " 🤦♂️😅. Chill no one's immortal.
