I do like that new green. Torn between the matt finish and the gloss. Pretty nice. Sounds great. Ride safe, Happy New Year 👍

Might be the mild wide angle camera lens that’s giving that extra sense of speed not to mention the tunnel effect of high hedge rows. The Scrambler looks and sounds like the ideal bike for zipping around country back roads.

Just watched your video again! Wetted the appetite to get out on Scrambler 900 in between the rubbish weather! Hetty sounds Great! I hope you’ve still got her and your Dads given Old Gal a run out? Cheers, Graham

Thanks for the video, it is amazing. One question, I am really into this bike and it will be my first. I want to know about the exhaust heat - I have searched internet there are somes that heat is unacceptable and some of them says it is not noticeable. I have checked and there is no statement from Triumph about that. Is the heat really depends on the person's feel or there is a significant heat? Thanks

You’ll only notice the heat from the heat shield if it’s either a hot day or you’re stuck in traffic a lot and not moving. The heat shield needs the moving air between itself and the exhaust which keeps it cool, as with any exhaust. So nope..there’s no issue with it at all

Hi @Alex’s Workshop, can you please tell me about the exhaust? Is it de-cat or not and what about slip-ons and DB-killers. Thank you in advance.

No chance..because there’s no fairing it doesn’t feel comfortable after 70mph! It’s the feel of getting to that speed that’s more of a thrill

I'm toying with getting a street scrambler when my pension comes through.. I'm just concerned whether it's got enough.. i know it has the high torque motor, but 64(ish) hp doesn't sound much for a 900.

With these roads that are quite bendy and not very straight, the 900 is plenty. The 1200 would be too much for around here and be wasted! Having said that I much prefer the old look and feel of the 900 too. Even after a year of owning it I’m still not bored of the power

@@AlexsWorkshopUK thanks Alex.. i do prefer the smaller dimensions of the 900.. it better proportioned 👍
