Every time I watch this scene, I just fall in love with this concept more and more. It's such a great thread to base a Harley Quinn movie off of, now her character is separating from the Joker. The whole movie is her dealing with the consequences of doing whatever she wanted as Joker's girlfriend now that the immunity is gone, and getting pushed to desperate measures in a dog eat dog world. And she slowly develops her own moral code by the end as she hangs out with Cass. "You make me wanna be a less terrible person" The writing and the handling of her character is top notch!

Say what you want about the movie but you have to admit it portrayed Harley perfectly: as the absolute chaotic train wreck of a person she’s supposed to be. If you replaced all her scenes in this movie with any of the OG versions of Harley it would still be spot on and in character.

It was really good! I read that they didn’t market it right, that they should’ve named it first Harley Quinn and then Birds of Prey as the add on since Harley is more well known. It said that in the cinemas they show the first half of the name so it’s assumed that people read Birds of Prey and since they didn’t know the characters they didn’t watch the movie. And tbh I agree bc it’s more Harley’s story and how the Birds of Prey united because of her so really her name should’ve been the main title.

I cannot emphasize enough how many people I’ve encountered online saying how they would’ve love to see this movie in theaters but didn’t know it existed. Heck, I wouldn’t have knew this existed unless I searched for some Harley clips and randomly stumbled upon an upcoming movie they were doing which was BoP. The marketing team did not do this movie justice lmao, I’m not claiming it to be a masterpiece but this movie was seriously not advertised well.

And not just realistic - with people behaving like real people probably would - but you can actually follow what is happening and not just be dazzled by lots of rapid cuts. Also people are taking shortcuts that _make sense_ . I mean, look at 01:43, it is beautiful! Margot is just outstanding. I Enjoyed this movie very much.

Very good sequence. But Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn) said that we will not see the Joker in the movie but we can see him back at 3:30

He was there for literally 3 seconds... What she said is that The Joker isn't part of the film as a central character (fancy talk for no Jared Leto as Joker cameo)

After multiple re-watches because I just love the movie so much, she lost a heel and replaced it with a shoe after blowing up the chemical plant, then when she gets chased she drops the heel and just runs with a shoe and a sock.

She tries to act like such a bad ass But then cries over a sandwich I feel you gurl ☹️🥺😔😢

The fact she could out-run someone only wearing one high heel is amazing

I like how it said "Minor Injury to lower limbs" like boo you broke his legs and u call it minor HAHAHAHA I STAN A PYSCHO AND I AM PROUD

I really hope we get to see Huntress in future films. She came to be rather like able in the short amount of screen time she had.

People tell me that i laught like harley. A lot... Of people.

I love the vibrant colours in this movie. It really makes this movie stand out for the other DC movies. I would cry if it was a fried chicken sandwich or a fresh belgian waffle instead.

I love her acting

It’s the clear fringed jacket with caution tape for me 😂. I felt so bad for Harley when she lost her sandwich, poor thing.

First of all, she's the perfect casting for Harley. And second, I felt the pain when the sandwich fell on the ground. Really, Harley had a better dynamic with the sandwich than with Joker. I think it was an interesting idea to see what happens to Harley after the brake up, can't wait to watch the movie myself)

All jokes aside, that sandwich actually looks really nice

The fact Harley Quinn actually cares about her bacon egg and cheese in this scene that she’s a wanted Criminal getting chased by cop running around the streets 💀 man I love Harley Quinn
