I love the ritual of starting the fire. My dad always spent more time fiddling with everything and poking it. It drove my mom insane. Every time I light a fire I hear her voice screaming my dad’s name.

No words can describe how nice it is to find other fire place conten and with no loop???? Thats so good man thank you for this!!! Btw could you perhaps do one were the wood is burned completly down to ashes like form start to finish! Understandable if it is hard don't have to do it, it is just a question! I thought my laptop wasn't working right because when I went from headphones to speaker I couldn't here the fire. But then, after thinking I heard a slight crackle I checked your video from when I went to sleep last night and can hear it fine. It's one that says Fireplace, big firewood for 3:32:38.

Особенно это зрелище приобретает инфернальный характер, когда реконструкторы раннего средневковья северной и северо-восточной Европы строят аутентичные дома с примитивными печами модели "тандыр", и натурально живут какое-то время в отрыве от цивилизации зимой в лесу. И не в Швеции, где относительно тепло даже зимой, а в Новгородской области. На KZreadесть целый документальный фильм с таким экспериментом. Погружение в атмосферу мрачного средневековья и тёмных времён что надо: начинашь понимать, что же именно творилось в головах у предков, когда они сочиняли сказки в духе братьев Гримм до того, как их отредактировали.

Спасибо за ваш комментарий, я поискал его на тандыре. Я вижу, что это печь с глиняным горшком. Я никогда не видел такой, но она похожа на те, которые используются в Индии и других странах для выпечки наана, курицы и т.д. Я нашел это очень интересным и познавательным. Спасибо вам большое!😆👍

Ещё есть канал Primitive Technology про австралийского любителя делать из грязи и палок дома, печи, доменные печи, сверлидиьные станки, оружие и прочее, что могло бы пригодиться человеку в каменном веке или раннем железном веке. Тоже атмосферно. Ну и тебе спасибо за видео камина с огнём. В Росси камины найти проблематично - в традиционных домах в средней полосе расселения у нас русские печи, а они все закрытые. Ну а в республиках средней Азии чаще всего печи типа тандыр - там лепёшки классные пекут.
