right. most are just a loop. the logs never change etc. it took me awhile as well. I have found what I was looking for.

I have researched hundreds of fireplaces on KZread. This is the ONLY one I will watch and this may be hard to believe, but it’s on my TV about 8-12 hours a day, for a couple years now. I bet I’ve helped you pay for your vehicle. Please DONT EVER take this video down. I would have a breakdown. I am a very hyper-sensitive person and it calms more more than meds!!!! THANK YOU!

It most certainly is a loop… and it cuts out every few seconds especially in the second half: incredibly irritating. Real fires don’t just go silent repeatedly.

as the brain does not differentiate between reality and imagination, this fireplace warmed me immediately.

I can finally relax, no high vigilance chasing sparks, no poking, no smoke, soot or splinters, no worry about starting a chimney fire with creosote buildup from wood that might be a touch top green, or getting poison ivy contact dermatitis rash, no back drafting when then the wind changes! Beautiful well fed, very hot flameage that doesn't require much imagination "feel" all the way to my bones even though my actual toes and nose are cold. My favorite video, actual sounds but no airport or highway traffic, no ambulances, no dogs barking, no leaf blowers, no phone ringing; just wonderful!

I love this fireplace video. I have been running it every morning, all winter. I have an electronic fireplace insert in my wood-burning fireplace (burning wood was filling the house with smoke so we switched to electric). I run this video on a bluetooth speaker hidden behind the electric insert and light some fireplace cedar incense. And then we have the sight, sound and smell of a cozy fireplace.

Great! This is my go-to fire on the TV in both the living room and bedroom. Such high quality footage and artistic composition. Perfect sounds, no music and no logo! - so important for the realism of the fire. Perfect for built-in TVs. Thank you, and can’t understand why anyone would give it a thumbs down.

Yes, I l later skipped through the video after waking up again :-) - the poster filmed it all in one take, adding wood a few times with gentle cross fades. Thus, it's real time. Nicely done!

Wonderful video, the “real thing’”. Not an endless gas log fireplace . Watching a real fire evolve is fascinating. Fireplaces burn down, at 40 minutes in a log is added, after which it slowly burns down. Excellent realism. Enjoy. 5 stars.

I've watched videos like this at my job after the clients go to bed, especially on cold nights. My eyes see the fire and watch it dance and in my mind I am actually getting warm like I have the fire in the room with me. I know, sounds crazy right??? 😮😮😮

I used to live in a home with a fireplace, and the next day after the fire had burnt out, I dreaded cleaning out the fireplace and removing a good amount of ashes. Knowing I don’t have to clean out the ashes brings a smile to my face & heart. Hearing the dry wood crackle brings back a contentment that I only had in my memories - until now.

we have a lovely wood stove for the very cold days and nights. It's just cold enough for me to listen/watch a fireplace tonight. Love that it's not looped and the new firewood seamlessly blended in.

None of the other fire videos come close to this. Great to have on the telly while I listen to music and read a book.

Really needed this. I miss my glass-door wood stove so much. The cats (2) and I would watch it for hours like a television. Moved out of the woods to another state, and now the magic is gone. A crackling fire is so soothing. Thank you for creating this one!

The sound of fire is so relaxing, good night

I woke up to the sound of a crackling fire. Soothing my soul! Fond memories! Best video I have ever seen of a fire in the fireplace. If I could just hear an occasional faint loon call in the distance it would put me over the edge.

I'm from India where we don't really need fireplaces much. Even then, I can feel the warmth and comfort.

Marvelous... I accidently scratched my screen and suddenly I could smell the fire. You didn't tell us this was a 'scratch and sniff' video! WOW. I tell my little kids in my PK and K music class to be careful not to touch the screen or they would get burned. They stay away - that is how real this looks!

Love the close up view and slower crackle.

Thank you so much for this real log fire that actually burns. It is soothing and reminds of those warm, snuggly, winter night roasting chestnuts and listening to The Man in Black on the radio.

Wonderful fireplace and crackles

No music! No drama modern environmental new age hums and so-called music - nothing but fantastically cut wood in beautiful flaming wonder - looks great, sounds great - I can almost smell it and feel it! Everyone can say theirs is the best but YOURS IS THE BEST. I just sit back, crawl under my blanket and a good book full of 66 other books... and listen to the snow and wind outside (ever heard snow?) - and just wish this was a real fire near me... but o well. Can't have everything, right?

У меня этот камин с живым огнём постоянно. Ещё я на ночь ставлю видеоролик 10-тичасовой с дождём, или с поездом стук колёс - как будто едешь куда-то на поезде. И ещё как мурлычет кошка. Ещё стук копыт лошадиных и скрип повозки. А ещё есть как сверчки поют. Вот спать ложусь в любое время, и ставлю себе, и слушаю. Вам вот хочу посоветовать тоже. Так уютно спать. Спокойной ночи.

10/10 would realtime fire again (no loop!!1!)

I love how this is authentic. No loop! Some of the other fireplace videos loop every few seconds. I don't get it. (One suggestion if I may, if you make another real fire video, please film the top of the fire too. I would have liked to see the peaks of the flames. It was like looking at a photo of a mountain without seeing the summit. The top parts of the flames was cut off/outside the frame.)
