Ingredients:
1tbsp melon seeds
1tbsp raw peanuts
1tbsp pistachio
1tbsp roasted oats
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp chia seeds/basil seeds
4 almond
4 cashewnuts
2 walnuts
2 pecan
2 dates
water 1 cup
1 banana
2 cup milk
Garnish with flaxseeds(sorry in this video test i have written chia seeds)

Discard soaked water and use fresh ones. Soaking nuts releases phytic acid which is a nutrients inhibitor. The purpose of soaking nuts and grains is to get rid of phytic acid

Dr Peter Dingle says that phytic acid is good for bone density and cleaning up the arteries as it cleans out plaque! He also said that it is a myth that soaking nuts with remove the phytic acid. Do we listen to a doctor or the myth?

I used makhana in place of oats , anjeer instead of dates and fried all dry fruits and powdered them. Made thick syrup from jaggery ,added the powder and made laddus . One laddu everyday while having milk
