Mam thank you making these amazing lecture. I found some problem 😕 You forgot to describe chilled ethanol for isolation of pure DNA . heat shock method for inserting rDNA . At 1:18:38 If replication take place from 5'-3' then why primers attach at 3' end. I hope you will solve my doubts.

Thank you so much ma'am this lecture was my saviour....i was struggling so much from 13th march itself,was revising my notes that were too huge and doing that I could complete only 4.5 chapters till 16 th march but now when I got your videos I stopped that laborious task and decided to go ahead with only your lectures and pyqs and not even reading the ncert anymore due to deficiency of time.... someone please suggest me if this is perfect or not
