Got this game with PlayStation+. It’s actually so good. It can be a little rough around the edges in places but it’s a fun and addictive game. I love going around on little adventures, finding loot and killing enemies. :)

First im gonna say I'm so pumped for this! Also im going to say its called cry-o.....not Kairo lol

I love the wording for everything, like the mutants are putting our words together the best they can after we are gone. I think I'm gonna enjoy this game. 🤞🏿

Thanks for the guide this is great. I know a lot of players are seeing negative reviews but it's literally day one and they haven't played it themselves. Its really fun so far guys. I'm sure they will put out patches to fix issues in the game as well.

The thing is so many people keep calling it bad but...well you have to play it foe yourself to really know. After playing for 16 hours I have to say I am glad I didn't listen to all these people clearly bandwagoning the hate train on this game. It has its flaws but honestly I enjoy it a lot more than many AAA titles from 2020. I call it mediocre but only because I can see why some of the flaws would make people call it bad without really experiencing it. The main 8 hour quest is not even close to what the game actually has to offer so all these reviews that have based their opinions on that experience alone are really doing the game a disservice.

well yeah they are a small team and originally were developing it for the PS4 so of course they didn't have the manpower to do what larger developers do which is port everything over to the newer gen during development...this incidentally is what causes MANY of the bugs in AAA development. So instead they just worked on what they had and made the PC version as good as it could be graphically and used that as a baseline to make the 4K patch for the current gen consoles.

I like Open World’s positivity, however as consumers we need to protect our wallets / purses. Please check skill-up or laymen gaming reviews. Variety, competition, varying opinions are beneficial to us as consumers - especially when we don’t get to play these games before we buy.

Laymen's review seemed suuuuper vague and whiny like they were jumping on the hate bandwagon. Some of their complaints were just silly and it was obvious that they rushed through as fast as possible without any optimization or sidequesting. That one struck me as a really bad review. I like hearing about the low points of a game from player's perspectives but Laymen's review just seemed like this game fucked their girlfriend at a party last week.

@@Diditallforthexp I feel Skill-Up can be quite informative, and typically covers everything a consumer would want to know, HOWEVER, they are ALWAYS opinions. Frankly, all the things that he hated, I don’t mind, so knowing that, I got it. I’m enjoying it. It’s not a AAA title, but not every game needs to be. I think they were a little TOO critical in their write ups, but again, opinions are just that. Most of us know what games we like or don’t like, and can gather whether we would enjoy them before hand based on some reviews covering the basics. I do agree though, there was some serious expectations not meet it seemed with them.

mounts are found in the world and from vendors so yes

who cares about that normie shit just crank up one stat to 100 and build up the others as you level. You know how people say melee sucks? Not if you start with 100 strength. I am going to make my next build gun and power focused and start with 100 luck because honestly loot chance is OP. I started getting legendary and relic out of random chests at level 8-10 with only 40 luck and a +6% loot backpack. Can't wait to see what bullshit 100 starting luck gives me.

Hopefully they won't add any inventory limitations in the future. I love being able to constantly loot without worrying about inventory space or carry weight......I'm sure they'll start rethinking this once people start duplicating items, though....

the puzzle you just showed in brick town on the laundry machine fucked me over... idk if it was bugged or it's just like that , but for me if i tried to turn 1 of the things, it completely randomly changed another one... so it took me like 20 times to solve this cause everytime it was random...

With UE5 being used currently on undisclosed games being developed, it's a shame to see potentially great games being released on soon to be out dated tech. UE5 will be released to the public by the end of the year as well. Not a knock on the game or the developers, UE5 is just going to be a massive game changer for open world games when you look at the information released so far on what it can do.

No, wung fu is individual to each weapon, not anything with psi attacks

@@gilbert6274 they mean super wung fu. And the answer is..well no because psi attacks are not wung fu. Super wung fu is generated by weapon combos. This is why psi attacks are just stronger in general if you build for them.

Bio suits are a huge waist of time if you kill a bunch of critters in the green bio you can max all biome resistence fast

Don't worry. All these youtubers praising the game will change their tunes immediately when the game officially releases and people can play. After outriders I'm quickly growing to not trust youtubers with 'Best game ever!' vids followed by 'Game is a mess!' once it releases.

according to Steam i have just over 200 hours into it. played all four classes to max world tier and love the story. never got past CT 10 or so though. don't care for the end game slog.

Man I'd love to believe this video.. But SkillUp ripped this game a new hole and makes really good points. I don't believe he was ever posting videos praising the game beforehand so I know he is not a Flip Flop Tuber. I'm saving my Money and especially my TIME and invest in other more fun games.

"Other more fun games" stop putting so much faith in a person who reviews games for a living and on average is a very negative reviewer. He can't tell you what you will find fun. The game is a 6 or 7 out of ten. The combat is satisfying once you get the hang of it (and as long as you aren't a baby like most of these reviewers seem to be based on their complaints you should be able to get the hang of it in the first hour or so). The open world, while appearing empty, is actually quite packed with stuff to do. The narrator can just be turned off or ignored and the dialogue doesn't matter if you don't care about the story since the quest objectives and markers will never steer you wrong. The light/dark thing isn't actually a choice since you can totally just do both. Just watch someone play the game for a few hours that actually enjoys playing it and draw your opinions based on that, not someone who clearly went in with the mindset to hate the game from the outset.

Almost everything is random i found that mount somewhere else

I just bought it. The mounts are for the most part found in the same general areas of the open world though.

Best tip is save your money till its on sale in few months like all the other single player games lop
