I 120 hours is pretty much you didnt touch the game. Anything under 280 on steam means you tried it. Between 300 to 500 means you know a thing 1000 hours you know the game. Your litearlly at child levels of game play this is what kills game journalist your bearly touching the content and because of it alot of the time you guys waste hundreds of hours but then when players play it takes like 20 hours to pass your progress point

So i was playing the game last night and looked up and was surprised it was late. Then i started doing the "let me do this one last thing" until i looked up and suddenly it was far, far too late at night (had to get up for work this morning) So yeah my verdict is "Good enough to keep me awake past bedtime", i like it.

There's a little thing you can do with the mushroom skill, if you put one down and run towards it with Blaze, you'll fly super high up! This can be pretty useful even in late game to reach high places!

Levitate with blaze is how I get around casually. Also does anyone know if you use bubble with mushroom, do you get more bounce. Btw this game is amazing.

Being the loner I am I don't have many multiplayer games or friends to play with, so these sort of single player world games are a great pass time I feel like for me. Seems like there could still be some potential here

Did you know there is loot on most of the collapsed buildings. Even the ones that are like 4 stories. Use your mushroom and fire rush to rocket up to them. You wouldn't think things would be up there. So worth exploring everything in this game.

Love love love this game! It feels really rewarding when you explore and defeat large enemies. My only problem is the Camera and the Targeting System. But the funny thing is WHY ARE THE UPGRADES BENCHES IN BALLOONS? I was so confused. 😂😂😂

I just started the game and it has me hooked. Still have a ways to go in the playthrough and this video helps alot, thanks.

I'm really enjoying this game. Only a few hours in but I can tell I'll be putting a lot of time into this one. I wasn't expecting the gameplay to be so customizable. From character appearance, multiple class options, stat spreads and crafting, I'm looking forward to replaying and trying out different builds.

You can also use the bubble with the fire dodge to launch your self to reach islands and other points not meant to travers. Use the momentum of your bounce timed with fire dodge to launch. ;)

Word, I levitate across water, but I stopped blazing sometimes because I launch myself into the water.

No ones said this but if you use the fire dash as you’re jumping you can actually get higher as it uses your upwards momentum, combining this with the bubble + mushroom + levitation I’ve been able to get to some crazy locations or cross the map fast 👌

I’m about 2 hours in any issues that I’ve found can easily be fixed with an update I can say I’m enjoying the gameplay it’s easily a pick up and play

Personally, I've been on the fence with this game and the mix of reviews have revealed things I don't like in the games I play. Not completely closing the casket on Biomutant, but I'm not totally sold yet, either.

The reason i love this game was the scenery, and i feel peaceful. Sometime i like to think myself as the character thinking what was the world like before them 😂

This has probably already been said somewhere in the comments, but you can also wall jump to get to higher places. You are able to use your double jump after wall jumping, so you effectively triple jump, and in most cases are able to get to out of reach places without ever getting the mushroom ability. Once you get the mushroom though it is so much easier to use lol

Loving it at start i thought i made a bad character but as soon as m getting new weapon and gear its feeling more amazing and i m loving the fact that there is so much customization. u can find different items from world which make exploring worth ur time. Getting different items to wear. And the world is so Beautiful. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This game has been such a wonderful breath of fresh air in the RPG Genre, and it's just so beautiful IMO. It just genuinely feels peaceful playing this game lol. If anyone is interested in this game I'd highly recommend!!

I do enjoy the color pallette as well. It reminds me of Amalur with the vivid colors. Always wished they would release a colorized version of Skyrim ! 😂 Although it feels kind of odd to say "What a beautiful wasteland of toxic sludge they have created" 😂. But there it is.

Woah.. these tips are legit amazing insights to know beforehand. Way too often I see other channels making videos about the most basic things you can't miss anyway.

Almost 100hrs in and still seeing new monsters/items/mounts. Easily an 8/10. If you are a bit pickier still 7-7.5 with tons of replay value.

About 3hr in and I am loving it

I just started the game. Played an hour before having to go to work. I'm playing on HARD mode. I'm a mercenary specializing in melee, but my swords don't do much damage at all. I know that will change as I get higher level. I planned on playing as a samurai, but shooting stuff is so much easier. So my "I wish I knew earlier" suggestion would be to not make melee as big a focus. Think about agility and luck to be able to get more distance between you and enemies, then have a higher crit chance as you blast them.

I went with the psi route and my little Electric Ball is doing massive damage. So I'm glad I chose that route because it looks like magic is the way to go. Maybe the other routes gain power as they go also

Yeah, I (Livid) went a Psi route but ended up dumping all my points into luck and a bit of agility. The crit damage and extra rare loot you find constantly as you increase luck gets insane. There are some solid melee options that open up later on though.

Melee weapons suck in this game. Guns are way OP. I've only seen one reviewer who has acknowledged this.

my guy on the far east map mainly where you use the goo glide theres an island ping dish or something like that i cant remember what exactly but it leads you to the best two handed sword ive found so far. its above that area where the water puff boss is. theres that and this ice hammer ive found so far.

Don't forget about selling items + clothing that u don't need. Doesn't really fill up your inventory but it's an easy way of making green. Also with getting materials - deconstructing clothing is another way of doing this. I'm always having issues getting rubber and steel for crafting, so occasionally I'll pull apart clothing that is pretty much useless.

I am currently playing this game. I can honestly say it is a great game. The story gives me Wall-E vibes. That being said, I do have a few complaints. My main one is that the combat system is fairly repetitive. I am able to repeat the same button presses no matter how many enemies I encounter or what weapons I have equipped. Square x4 Triangle, Circle square R2, Jump x2 R2, (Enter Super Wang-fu), Jump square or R2 repeated. Secondly, even though enemies scale with you in level, once you have an ultimate weapon or two every enemy is super easy.

Gotta props you for the intro. Not too loud and obnoxious, actually a really good beat ✨ Anyways, thanks for the video!

One thing to add is don't fret your initial character mold. Focus on the stats you want to start with because there is a method in the game to change your appearance and there is no way to redo whatever stats you invested in.

If you activate psi-levitation just as you jump from mushroom, you jump very high. Once you’re up, you can activate the magic suitcase and reach places you couldn’t otherwise. It’s pretty amazing. It even feels a bit unlawful but hey it’s rpg.

About the automaton health stim charge thing, I personally found that running around for a while allows the automaton to recharge the stim automatically, it just takes a little while but could also be from looting health items in the world

The best tip I learned for progressing quickly: Complete quests objectives that are nearby. Rather than hiking from side of the map to another again and again, just complete objectives that are nearby as you go. Completion will progress WAY faster.

I'm about 2 hours in until later tonight but on ps5 there is a saturation blooms but played with setting and its fine... plays great

this was really helpful, a lot of stuff i didn’t know about, thanks a lot! like most of the other commenters i’m not understanding the negative reviews. i quite enjoy this game. it kinda ticks all the boxes for me - i love games with customization especially where i can make an animal or creature character. i also love BOTW and “clones”/similar games, games w really pretty natural scenery and games with a feudal japanese/chinese/eastern setting…like okami, and another thq nordic anthro martial arts game - legend of kay. (seriously what is it with thq nordic, and zelda clones, anthro characters and/or eastern settings? there’s also sphinx & the cursed mummy, super lucky’s tale, and the monkey king game) i can definitely understand how someone who’s interests don’t align with those things would dislike it though. for example i experience long load times and graphics quality “flickering” though that’s prolly just cuz i have a vanilla ps4 slim and not a pro, and often the weapons in the menu would not display modifications on the weapon until i closed the menu and opened it again. they seem to be patching the game very regularly, which is very altruistic especially for a small team. i hope they continue to patch and update the game, it’s right up my ally.

All things considered I have to say that this game is pretty solid for the most part, there are several things that I dont like or I feel could use a rework but regardless ive been having a blast playing it. Def not ground breaking or a game of the year contender by any stretch but a lot of love did go into making this game and it really shows in the lush and beautiful environment, the amount of character customization, the crafting system... etc.

HAHAHAHAHA!!! OMG I didnt even think about getting the fungi ability to reach the second floor "hidden" items - I've been jumping up finding edges and things to make my way up higher Skyrim-style, sometimes taking 5 minutes to get up there XD

I've sort of phased out of playing games. I got it free on PS+ . At first, I thought the controls were too floaty but I was playing\talking about it with a friend. He got into it instantly so I kept playing. I'm glad I did. I haven't been this into a game since...The Witcher 3 maybe?? Side note: the glider sucks

For some reason, this game had been getting bad reviews but I don't see a lot of bad things about it. Matter a fact, I had came across more glitches in Horizon Zero Dawn : Forbidden West than I did in this game. The game is fun, smoothly running, dumps tonne of quests and exploration missions on you and feels a lot like Skyrim in term of exploring (where you do not know what is around the corner but excited to find out regardlessly).

honestly, since i wasnt using any of my bio points for moves, i just upgraded my resistance to all the zones and maxed them out, aside from hyproxia

I had no idea about the super important NPC he says we run into early. I am going to have to go back and look for that guy as i have clearly missed him.

you forgot to mention that players can rush green biozones and farm mobs from wall flowers. 1 mob from that flower gives 1 biogenetics skill shard. also you can catch little foxes and other small pocket like mobs in the world with net. after you catch 1 you have option to kill it or pet and keep it. gives you aura point. dark for kill and light for peting it. aura points needed to unlock new psi skills. nice informative video tho :)

Man, those Mirage quests are Hard. The only one I beat was the boomerang. The rest kicked the crap outta me. Especially the bow

Started playing this about 2 weeks ago. My save file timer hit 3 days yesterday. Almost have the platinum, just need 8 Melee Proficiency Points and beat the 4 bosses. So I'm probably looking at another 100 hours before finishing it up.

When it comes to the 2 mech vehicles, what is the scrap for that's stored under the quest category. Haven't found anything online or anyway to turn it in. All I know is they are from the respective crates from the misc quest.

The game is very decent so far. It has alot in terms of gameplay mechanics, crafting, skill unlocks, different builds etc. Yeah there's alot of fetch quest but overall so far it's pretty good.

Some great tips, man. Just started playing but didn’t see the Mirage. My automon got updated without me choosing it though. I don’t know if they changed it for PS4? Anyway, I’m going to go back to see if I can find him.

Sometimes hitting the totems for materials some of them only give you a couple but if you actually hit one steadily it gives you at least five material
