    Thank you so much 🥰 Yeah you can go into manufacturing drugs and be involved on the production side but I don’t think you can be involved in the actual formulation and discovery of medicines since that’s more chemistry and you probably need a degree in chemistry or pharmacology or something.

    Hi, I think you need to check what the entry requirements are at different universities. Because almost all of them will allow with just a bachelors in science if u haven’t done engineering before, but yeah it’s different for each uni.

    Do u have any idea of what sort of job you’ll be doing after uni and do you have any info on the demand of this field bc I understand that the demand for it rn is quite low and I’m worried that I’ll struggle to find a job if I do BME at uni.

  • @rifaiqbal7266

    @rifaiqbal7266

    2 жыл бұрын

    Hmm as of now I don’t really have a job idea in mind. Because at the end of the BME is an engineering degree you can work in any engineering disciple. Also for BME specific jobs you can have a look at pharmaceutical companies and most of the time they may not advertise jobs specifically for BME but as long as u have a degree in STEM thats what they usually care about.

    What’s the employability rate after this degree? Is it harder to find a job compared to the likes of mechanical engineering

  • @rifaiqbal7266

    @rifaiqbal7266

    Жыл бұрын

    I’m not sure about the exact rate but because you graduate with an engineering degree and your subject is classified as a STEM subject it’s not hard to find jobs. But I would say now a days employers are looking for people with experience than having just a degree so I would recommend doing a year in industry or internship along with the actual degree to make your self more employable.
