Biocomposite Turkish bow by Csaba Grózer (36lbs / 28”)

The Biocomposite Turkish Bow by Csaba Grózer (36lbs/ 28”)
End of April 2023 I have recognized, that Csaba Grózer has a Biocomposite Turkish bow in stock matching my strength. This technology was not reflected in the planned Big Comparison of Turkish bows so far, so I have ordered the bow! 😁
I have asked if it’s possible to get the bow painted and delivered before 21. May… The team has done everything to make it and the bow has arrived 16th May!
2 days later I have started the Big Comparison video, taken all ‚virgin‘ photos of this bow before.
I have experienced the first shots during the comparison video.
And now this is the separate review for this bow. ☺️
The draw feels smooth and strong (similar to a hornbow).
The shooting feels very good and there is very little vibration after the shot, which I hardly notice because of Khatra ☺️
The handle is relatively short, I need to move down my hand to enable the arrow passing the desired spot.
The speed is good: 164fps in average with 380gn arrow (10,15 gpp) at 37,46lbs/28“. The min arrow weight is 8 - 8,5 gpp for this bow (acc. to bowyer).
I love the Biocomposite bows and so I‘m very happy with this bow!
As always I have marked the chapters for your time management 😁
The content of this video (taken 19th May 2023) is

Thank you so much, dear brother! ☺️🙏🙏 The max draw of this bow is 32“ 😀 The nominal strength is 36lbs at 28“, but I have experienced, that biocomposite bows can be stronger (up to 7lbs in my collection) 😃 I’m very happy, that you liked it! 😄🙏🙏 How is your shoulder doing? 🏹🔆

Thanks for asking, I really don't know when I exorcise my arm I cant tell if the Bone is getting sore or the muscles and tendons so as soon as any movement begins to get sore I stop the exorcises and so it don't seem to be getting any better. I really don't know.

Oh dear! My physiotherapist always said: go a little into the pain, not too much but a bit to improve. Stretching is important- more than strength. So, whenever you sit somewhere, stretch the shoulders as much you can go. You can ‚open‘ the shoulder by attaching a small weight (for example 500ml bottle with water) to your hand or wrist and gently swing back and forth the straight arm. This provides a little more room in the shoulder. You can go as much for- and backwards as you can ☺️ I hope, that helps a little! Please don’t give up! Hugs! 🤗❤️

@@agamagreen Thanks my darling Sis, i'll defiantly do more stretching and keep pushing ahead, I guess I was just hoping for to much, I have been shooting my new mini bow from Ronnie and am able to draw it to max (8LB), after 24 arrows I have to quit practice.

Mine isn’t bone, it’s wood, but I’m not 100% sure if it‘s ash ☺️ Bone is nice, too!

Hi, I was just wondering if Agama or other out there could help me with a question... A bow like this, with processed horn, sinew and so on, that is living it's own life due to humidity and temperature, doesn't it need any warm up before shooting at full draw? (maybe you did before turning on the camera?) I'm sure Mr. Grózer and his team have been shooting the bow before sending it to you, but still? Well I'm no expert, been shooting glassfiber turkish bow for a year now, but coming from my home-crafted longbows I've had my thoughts on warm up as you'd expect;-) by the way... to Agama: "I'm so much looking forward to the big turkish bow comparison, I just started out with this video because this was one of the bows I've had in mind for my next turkish bow, but nothning's sure yet;-) I'm very glad I discovered your channel, hard to find in-depths-videos out there, and you have a pleasent a professional approch it seems// Tschüss

Thank you so much, dear Christian! ☺️🙏🙏 Regarding your question about warming up the bow: I am aware to let the ‘real’ hornbow rest for app. 30mins after correcting the tiller and/or straightness. But I am not aware of warming up a biocomposite or laminated bow. That’s why these bows are easy to maintain and lovely to shoot ☺️ I hope, you enjoy the ‘Big Comparison of Turkish bows’ (with Appendix video)! Thanks again for your nice comment! Keep enjoying! 🏹🔆
