Hello, this is Daniel, owner of many bidets.com
I want to take a moment and talk about the Bio Bidet Bliss BB-2000 remote control. This remote control is very feature heavy, but the icons on the remote aren't necessarily super intuitive. I'd like to take a moment and talk about each of the options on the remote so that you have a feel for what they are.
The first button which looks like a square on the remote is the stop button, that one's pretty self-explanatory. The next button over, looks like a cute little “w”, that's actually supposed to be a butt and water shooting up at the butt, that's your rear wash. Guys and gals we both use the rear wash, that's when we've done number two and we need to clean up after. This other icon next to it that's supposed to be a lady in a skirt or a dress with water coming up. Indicating the front wash or the feminine wash. We have stop, rear wash, front wash and then this last button over here this is going to be your dryer. This icon is designed to look like a fan, fan for blowing air and drying. The next button here again a, “w” or two butt cheeks and a single stream up that's your enema wash. The enema wash on the BB-2000 is a thin pointed stream, with a spin on it and so that's the enema wash button, on the far side of the remote, right under the stop button. Next we have arrows going left and right and what looks like a little battery under it. That little battery looking logo is supposed to be the nozzle and pressing this button will oscillate the nozzle back and forth. It's important to note that oscillates the nozzle front to back and back to front, not side to side so that's important to note. Auto does a wash followed by a dry. The dry cycle may not be quite long enough so you may need to run the dry cycle a second time. Just a warning but that auto button runs a wash followed by a dry. Then over here on the far side of the remote what looks like a screen with lines coming out of it, that's your deodorizer button. You're turning the deodorizer on means that when you sit down on the seat, the seat pulls any of the air from inside the bowl through the deodorizer. When you turn it off the deodorizer doesn't kick on when you sit down. You've got your plus and minus buttons here, this controls the water pressure. So, minus and plus, plus and minus. Between those buttons you have some squiggly lines with a little thermometer on it, that's going to set the water temperature. So you're going to press that: the water temperature is going to go up... so low, press it again medium, press it again high and then the third time or the fourth time that you press it it's going to turn off. Then of course start over when you press that button again. It's also important to note on the screen, you have three bars next to the thermometer sign. It's going to go one... two... three… and then none of the bars are going to show, that's going to tell you what temperature it's set at. It's also important to note up here we have logos or icons for the other options that we talked about.

Hi , I find your show very helpful, i have a bio 2000 bidet and is starting to leak on both sides of the bidet , I did not see how to trouble shoot this issue in your programs. can you advise what i need to do? thank you .

What do you do when the remote does not work but only once in a blue moon? What do you do to get it working when the buttons are pushed?

This is a common occurrence in homes with really small bathrooms, or dark walls in their bathrooms, as the IR remote signal has a hard time making it back to the seat. I'd highly recommend looking at the Eco Nova bidet seat: www.manybidets.com/product/eco-nova-bidet-seat/ as it is one of the only seats on the market that uses radio frequency, which does not have the same limitations.

Is there a way to change amount of time for wash - I feel 2-3 minutes is too long -- can it be changed to 1 - 1 1/2 minutes - if so, how can that be done.

No way to change the length of wash, but you can always hit the stop button or dry button to turn the wash off.
The remote is erratic. Sometimes I can not shut it off! CH shows on the screen. I changed batteries to no avail.

You might need a new remote or it could have an issue with the seat receiver itself. Best to reach out to the retailer you purchased from or Bio Bidet directly to get this resolved!
A backlight would be nice as would user #1 & #2 settings.

Absolutely agree! Those features and the sittable lid are the 3 things people bring up. It was so close to the perfect seat!
Daniel, the Manual for the BB2000 says that for both water and seat temperatures that the progression with bars is Off-Normal-Low-High. Is this incorrect, or is it a weird European progression like the way they do dates? I would expect as you stated, Off-Low-Med-High .... but??????

Thanks for asking! I can attest from first had experience that the Bio Bidet manual is wrong. It is in fact Off-Low-Med-High, and yes I agree with you, that makes a lot more sense ;-)
My remote does not work. I see in the upper right hand of the remote it looks like a wifi symbol on the video but mine does not show that.

Can you turn the remote display off when not in use to save the battery? I did not see any instructions in the manual.

The display can not be programed to do that, but the battery should last for years without needing replacing regardless.
The power on my BB2000 is off. How do I turn it on? I do not have the manual.

If your bidet is not showing any signs of life you can start by trying a hard reset: Unplug the seat for at least 60 minutes then plug it back in. If that does not help you'll want to reach out to Bio Bidet directly for more troubleshooting!
I would rather have a diagram. I couldn’t see what the battery display in the lower left part of the screen meant. It shows an almost empty battery but my battery icon on the upper right of the screen is full. Is there a different battery I need to worry about?

the icon in the lower left is a nozzle icon, not a battery icon.
Is there any kind of filter for the deodorizer vent? How does it actually deodorize?

The deodorizer uses a carbon filter that helps to neutralize odor as it is pulled through. You can purchase replacement filters from Bio Bidet directly.

I cannot see the remote display at night . A few solutions please ? I am willing to pay for a better remote if the BB3000 when it comes out can work for the BB2000 series . Damn no light on remote and the side buttons on seat you cannot see plus no light in bowl.

There's no real great solution... We've been asking Bio Bidet to put a light on the remote for years. We've had some people have success with installing a light like this: www.amazon.com/Vekkia-Rechargeable-Book-Light-Reading-Night-Brightness-LED-Reading-Light/dp/B08LDHRD8S/ near the remote somewhere, and others who simply operate the remote by feel at night. If anything changes about how that's handled, I'll be sure to let you know.

I just use my bidet and notice the drying air comes out too hot 🥵, how can I change the temperature?

Doesn't have preset or the backlight. Add those and the BB 2000 becomes the BB 3000

Also agree with feature request above.. Also, ask them to add an LED light to the inside of the bowl. .. Bonus: LED lights (whether inside bowl or out) should all have a hi/low setting.. The bowl light on my current bidet is way too bright and I had to coat it with some fingernail polish to lower the intensity. Thxs.
Is there a way to change from c to f in temperature? Small detail but it annoys me! Great video otherwise!

There is not... Due to the temperature indicator not being a particular number, but rather a scale, ie low/med/high, Bio Bidet did not see a need to give an option to change this.

The remote sucks. It is a fantastic bidet but the remote falls short. I have to explain it to everyone who uses it. Plus the screen should be back lit at least when you pick up the remote.
