Performing Binocular Indirect Ophthalmoscopy is challenging! This video will give you a Introduction to using the Binocular indirect ophthalmoscope for fundus examination.
We also teach scleral Indentation/depression for examining the peripheral retina.
We use a Traditional BIO (Keeler) and the Arclight BIO (Holo BIO).

Hi can you see the ora serrata with a volk super field on slit lamp?
My doctor didn't used sclera depression technique..i am. Worried was she able to do my examination right..i am seeing floaters and stars in my vision

Sir during this examination my doctor use so much light intensity that I not able to control that much . After 2-3 min of examination , I am not able to see for 2 min apx.( Black ) My age is 22 and there is pain in eye and head after that procedure . Is it harmful for eyes by using high intensity of light during indirect opthalmoscopy examination ???

You will be quite dazzled after the examination, that is completely normal.
