The strike ended recently and this is the first episode in months

Mat Pat did something similar on Food Theory very recently (and he claimed this was a trend, so he didn't even start it).

I hope everyone felt the supreme joy I did at the end seeing a perfectly assembled burger with caramelised onions, pineapple. bacon, a fried egg, AND the unforgettable pickles. Sure, it may be a bit too much to combine, but the end result was a true testament to burgers.

Something is wrong in my brain that no matter how delicious the burger may be I am always infinitely more mouth watery over the homemade buns

Local non-chain restaurants (we got U5, Pizza Empire to name the big two I know of) make great food since time isnt a BIG component, and smaller batches means more talent is concentrated in the made batches is what I think is the reason they taste more superior, it feels like your food had someone behind it, rather than giant machinery under the supervision of a person.

I think you missed out on the steamed burger, oklahoma onion burger and patty melt. If done again- I would set the juicy lucy aside (mostly because I personally don't enjoy pineapple paired with meat) and do an oklahoma onion, smash burger, steamed burger topped with onions and swiss with the middle slice a slice of toasted rye bread.

This would totally be something that could never be recreated in reality 100%. Knowing Rick, they probably had to go to a through alternate dimensions to make this happen, and who knows what other worlds and realities make their burgers out of. Especially since the spaghetti episode.

This is great, glad to have “Binging” well and truly back. I really like the idea of the pineapple juicy lucy. Will definitely try. But what excites me more? You released, not one, but two slicers in the Babish knife line!!! Finally, a couple carvers to compliment that awesome spag twirling fork from the og set. And a Cleaver too!? Don’t get me wrong, the Clef is the Clef. But sometimes it’s just better to Cleaver and faggetabboutit, know what I mean? Thankyouthankyouthankyou!
