A way to make them without dehydrator: Cut up some rice paper (the kind for spring rolls) and fry them in oil, they should puff up in like 2 seconds and you can pull them out and put them on a paper towel. Then season however you’d like

I don't know of you've ever tried the Ghost Pepper Chex Mix, but it's pretty darn good. No honey sweetness, but it's worth a try if you like spice.

Wumbology I just started watching it and it’s amazing

This feels like one of those famous recipes that became an overnight sensation after what was thought to be a disaster. No one could have ever guessed that indigestible goo would have turned into an amazing finger food by the end. Kind of like how the real frosted flakes became a thing.

You can just cut up some rice paper (the one used for vietnamese spring rolls) fry them in hot oil for 2 seconds and then season them w anything you like. He’s basically making seasoned rice paper in the video 😂

You can make crisps like this from pretty much anything. Rice, thinly sliced boiled potatoes, bitter gourd, pulses. And they can be stored before frying for very long as well

I love how he talks like it’s a tutorial and then brings out A DEHYDRATOR

oven on as low a heat as you can set it also works, did for my homegrown paprika and cayenne

There's a $40 dehydrator on Amazon that works really well if you want an intro one. Highly recommend. I've replaced all my dried store bought spices with my own dried from fresh spices. Everything tastes better. Its the presto 06300
