If I vomited the food I wouldn’t get this side effect BUT obviously vomiting ruins your teeth and it’s very bad for you , I feel for people who have bulimia it must be so awful for them . I’ve tried vomiting but it’s so hard , does anyone have any advice ?
Purging comes in many forms, not just making yourself throw up. Laxative abuse and over-exercising, for example

Im not sure if I have bulimia and if I do I wanna fix it, when I eat big meals I purge and just feel sad and hurt myself, but when i eat small meal I want to vomit but I cant because nothing comes out, I get afraid when people are in the house and hear me tryna vomit and when I cant vomit and nothing comes out I just run until Im exhausted ( I have blood pressure problems so even a 2 minute workout will make my bp go 180 and I will get paralyzed for 5 minutes) I dont wanna self diagnose but please tell me is this bulimia?

This is so mentally exhausting feeling like there is nothing I can do to fix myself, like I eat healthy when I don’t binge but then out of nowhere I just feel like eating 7000 calories.
I have a horrible binge eating habit but I am not overweight whatsoever, but the guilt is all the same

Sounds exactly like me. I'm sorry you go through this too :(
I feel like this video is making bulimia sound like the better alternative to bed inadvertently. But just incase anybody is confused, you can gain weight with both or you can not gain weight. Having bed does not strictly mean that you're obese, and if you think you are showing symptoms of it, even if you're not obese, then please talk to somebody who you can trust. The same goes for bulimia, whether you're obese or not, you still deserve to get the support you need and fight your eating disorder.
I have that where I gain weight so now ever since I found out I don’t eat because I feel so shameful for eating but I only eat something if I start to feel dizzy.
i had a bad past, so i binge ate 24/7 but didnt put on alot of weight
I used to binge eat but then I wouldn't eat for about 3 days so I wasn't overweight. I look back now and think I was mad to carry on like that.
I have binge eating disorder..(and i also want to purge sometimes but i cant)

people in the comment section of creators who are overweight would dissagree
@atadbitahistory9660

@@mimikyubutitsactualyhornetBecause the creators haven't got everything right. It makes bulimia sound like the better alternative to bed, when it simply isn't. Having bed doesn't strictly mean you're obese, and there are signs to look out for before it gets to thst point. You can still gain weight with bulimia since being sick gets rid of less than half of the calories you consumed and bulimia doesn't even have to involve making yourself sick, there are other things people do to purge like abuse laxatives. - an anorexic. Because funnily enough, I think we should all be sticking up for one another when there's a problem, not just the people you relate to. You, for example, shouldn't have to also have a binge eating disorder before you try and understand people
Purging is also ecsessive exercise not just throwing up

DID YOU KNOW that people with bulimia can also be overweight because purging doesnt really help compensating?
This video is actually not correct. There are many forms of bulimia. It does not have to involve throwing up. It only involves a behavior that compensates for the binge. This can be restriction or diuretics or fasting Or laxatives. This can also include over exercising.

What if I'm scared to gain weight, guilty after almost every meal, and tried diets at 10, & get jealous/triggered at skinnier people? Or is that just being insecure? ( Genuinely, I'm not being sarcastic or meaning this as a hate comment etc

Hey, binging disorder is honestly a really unpleasant experience. If you want to gain weight, you shouldn’t try and fix it with an eating disorder. If you’re having severe underweight problems you should definitely talk to a medical professional
