Great and Perfect and easy recipe for making Kulcha at home. Thanks for sharing the secret of water steaming on normal gas stove. You explained it very well. Other wise I used to think baking in oven is must and in convection these never came out well for us. Now I know the secret of soft Kulcha making. Thanks for posting.
