@@briansonne814 Thank you for the time you did do this for us. You always had great taste and it had me listen to great songs I completely forgot about. It was a way for my son and I to connect in his music terms, and for me to show him what it takes to put food on our tables and the world outside of city life. ❤

Ha..I commented same thing, some great looking hollyhocks. Mine always get chewed up by Japanese Beetles or completely eaten by woodchucks!
I love the 'no problem' attitude! Each of you fellas knows your stuff alright!

Beautiful beautiful hollyhocks!!! Loved that you planted them next to the shop. ❤❤❤😊😊😊
Sorry there was a problem with the grain vac, but I got to see how it worked and a nice repair job. Thanks for the great content, I'll never get tired of saying that!
Those hollyhocks at the side of the barn are beautiful!! 🌺🌸
Mr. B. you and Cole astonish me. You guys never lose your cool. If something goes awry, you both just figure out away to correct it. I am truly impressed by the pair of you
You built that like new feed bunk for peanuts. As a bonus, you make it look easy. Your gate skills shine with experience. Great job team.
I like the way Brian supervises Cole when repairs are needed. One day Cole will be on his own and will be glad he has the knowledge and experience to make the necessary repairs. I also enjoy Brian’s attitude when something goes wrong. I’ve worked for people that had a temper tantrum when their junk equipment fell apart.
11:31 love the shed flowers!
Your hollyhocks are looking lovely. They must be enjoying all the rain.
This year we had the bin stop pulling. I asked around and one fella told me to reverse the motor and run golf balls backwards to unclog the sump. It worked!!

I love the way Cole your Dad is in constant teach mode. I think your welding is coming along, your expertise is moving the farm forward. I also love the way you are learning from your dad. Your both so humble in what your doing. I so love watching you 2 and at times 3 work together over coming problems, God Blees
That connection joint you fixed looked a lot like what in the food industry I retired from two year ago as a love joy connection. Value everyday you are allowed to continue to learn from your dad Brian. Understanding the timing of when to do things is the most important, not just on crops but all the outlying things, when to spend the money to buy things when the price is where you want it to be. Most people think farming is simple, it's far more complicated than that. Hard work has to include a knack for timing on all things, mechanical and other wise, especially the otherwise part. I hope to see Sonne Farms prosper far into the future!

Gee, Cole, you make good gates. You're Dad was saying you could hear bones pop it made me think of the time our auger stopped and I had to turn the auger impeller with a big pipe wrench. Eventually a jerked raccoon came out. No problem after that. Really praying you can get some hay in eventually.
Life of a Farmer is hard work
The beautiful flowers next to the barn or shed - wow! Gorgeous!
11:37 Beautiful Hollyhocks!!
Beautiful Hollyhocks!! i like 🤩🤩
Fantastic video Cole and Mr. B. Thank y'all so much
You need a small tàrp to use around augers, bin doors etc to make clean up easier. Thanks for the videos.
Thank you Cole and Dad Brian for sharing everything.God bless you all.
Awesome video Cole. Now ya gotta go clean up all that corn thats laying on the ground. Watching you back that grain wagon reminded me of when my grandfather tried backing his grain wagons. Ended up my grandmother would get up on the tractor and back them for him.. was kool watching her do something my grandfather struggled with. But thats one thing they always done was worked together on everything they done. In the end they were married for 65 yrs before we lost my grandfather to cancer, then my grandmother went on to live another 5 1/2 yrs after he passed. 🚜🚜🚜
To make it even MORE miraculous that I made it thru the 70's as a kid is when we had blockages like that where corn/beans wouldn't flow, my uncle would tie twine around our chest and have us kids crawl on top of the pile inside the grain bin with long poles to break up the clumps. No mask, no harness, no ventilation just pure effort and adrenaline with a length of bailing twine as a "lifeline" if we started sinking. Then we would hop into the bed of the pickup and get thrown around like dice in a cup. And for entertainment we had lawn darts and hoola hoops.

Thanks Cole. You have maybe the only job in America where when things go bad it's a good thing. The worse they go, the better the content. LOL. God Bless you. You and Brian are a guide and inspiration for anyone smart enough to watch. Happiness comes from family and hard work. For those who politically try to make us believe that family isn't important, you prove them very wrong.
Little Sonnie thought he was doing you a favor by leaving a treat near the truck where you could see it instead of hiding it in the grass where you would step on it. 😏
Beautiful Hollyhocks ❤️❤️
Thanks for another great video Cole. It was interesting and enjoyable to watch. Nice fix on the grain vac. Probably a lot of stress on that bolt. Turned out to be a quick fix. Handy machine to have. Building more gates for your bunk project. Cole, you build some real nice gates that are sturdy and well built to last a while. Sonny is really growing. Getting to be a fair sized dog. Liked riding in the pickup i think. You are still getting rain up your way. Wow. Wet season right now. Thanks for everything Cole and Brian. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
From the UK Some years back a farmer in the north would cut and bale his hay no matter the weather. This was a lot of small bales. They’d be barn stacked (I believe there were a few fires over the years) come late autumn these bales resembled tobacco! The friend who told me about this brought two bales to me, it smelt odd but no mould or dust! Horses absolutely loved it!
Nice job backing the gravity wagon back into the building. You made it look easy!
I once heard a old timer say a dry year will scare you to death but a wet year will starve you to death. Didn't understand it then but i can now hope better days are in your future!!!
Wow that’s beautiful looking corn! Love how you can problem solve and fix everything. My dad was a farmer and it use to amaze me how he use to be able to fix and build anything and I’d always ask how he knew how to do that and he always said ‘I’m a farmer’. I get it now. Love your videos. ❤❤
Tiffany probably has some more Amazon stuff to pay for once you deposited your corn check lol
Hollyhocks are beautiful!!
Your going to have to get your field roller out to roll the grass by the bins like a turf roller to smooth it out. Can’t believe how saturated the ground is there! Well, stay positive, at least your not having a repeat of last year. God Bless!
About the 7520 over heating probleme you could try flushing the coolant and running a quick rad-flush trough it and then flushing it with water with the bottom radiator hose unhooked till it flow clear, it worked great with a 6410 I worked on, might be a good idea to take a look at the thermostats in the same time! Overheating on these can lead to head gasket or cylinder head failure! Sorry about my english and great content keep up the incredible work!
When your plan A goes haywire ? You take a breath pause without thinking and get another big boy toy to do the job … LOL 😂 . Great pivot Cole and Brian . Have a great and blessed week.
I hope the corn and beans are doing well with all the moisture you've been having I enjoyed Brian's interview
Cole and Brian, between you two, the knowledge is unbelievable! We learn so much from you both. Cole spend your money wisely, save it for a "rainy day" (HAHA). Sonny is so cute. Be safe out there. God Bless.

It’s always good when you check k the old bank account and there’s a decent amount gone in! Just hope it’s worthy of all your hard work you’d put in for that corn because you deserve that xxx
So Cole, how long have you been known as “Piglet”? Does ur dad often come up with terms of endearment for you? 😂 That is one badass vacuum. Pretty cool tool. Thanks for another great video. Y’all take care and stay safe.

Very interesting seeing the work arounds. Keep this kind of content coming. I am a farming noob and it is really helpful seeing all the different techniques.

Great video as always. Glad you got paid the better price on your corn. God Bless.
I know you guys don’t typically grow 10 ft corn but I’m sure anticipating a crop update with all this excess moisture this year .
Congrats on the corn sale, also on getting the gates built, did lots of work there. Have a nice evening!
Enjoyed your video Brian Cole have a great day.
Be sure and either buffer clean or grinder clean metals in welding areas when using MIG Welding Process other wise your welds may not hold up due to rust or mill scale contamination of your weld. Mig is different compared to 6011 or 6010 welding.
yeah we put a few hundred thousand bushels through our cream coloured REM vac, traded up to the red one and had lots of those wee issues and yes more noisy than the older one too
You better have a few drinks with the old man and tell him to open that check book and get you some new bins.😂
Good job guys
hi cole and brian we had the same thing happen when we couldent get corn out of a bin so we cut a hole and put a home made auger in it and it ran on hydralics and we got most of the corn out of the bin thats all but hope you guys have a good day.

Maybe you know this but on your tractors that over heat all the time in the summer. The air swirling housing that sits in front of the engine air filter comes apart. They pack full of fine dust and hay. Had mine apart on my 7730 and cleaned it. It runs about 30 degrees cooler all summer long now

Nice to have a bit of money come in , How many truck loads of corn will your grain bins hold then 4 or 5 is a guess perhaps , I cannot remember how many trailer loads of wheat we use to put in one about that size , wish I could weld like you do so I could make a few gates and thing but I am hopeless at it , putting some duck tape around it is stronger than my weld would be 🤣
Good job on the fix and it lasted till the trailer was full

Cole, you may want to look into putting a 'lift kit' on that Bind in Crisis! :)
Have you ever tried unplugging thr center well with a long pipe. Or a stirator crew with a pipe wrench? Becareful unloading bins from the side like that it can cause the bin walls too wrinkle.
