मेरी भी यही problem है...मुझे अगर कोई काम दिया जाएं तो उस काम के बारे में 10 बार सोचता हूं...किसी से अच्छी तरीके से बात तक नहीं कर पाता हूं...बात करने में हड़बड़ाहट होती है...कोई भी नई चीज सीखने में सबसे पहले ये सवाल आता है लोग क्या कहेंगे।।।👀

किसी भी अनजान से बात करने से डर व घबराट होती हैं हम पहले ही सोच लेते हैं क्या सही है ......... आपने बहुत अच्छी ट्रिक बताई thankyou so much

1. Get out of your comfort zone a. Start meeting people's b. Make eye contact normally c. Try to be comfortable with others and make them feel comfortable too. 2. Get some topics to talk.... Reason why you don't have much topics to talk is being alone for longer time so that you lose communication muscle. 3. If u r not confident just act confident....fake it till u make it a.observe great public speakers b. Walk straight with shoulders back c.breathe from your diaphragm not chest. 4. See things as an opportunity not as threat a. To stop over thinking try tongue twister. b. World needs to know your opinion...just like in case of Shweta😂 5. Make a daily habit of communicating with strangers. ...in market .... neighborhood....bus...on general issue.

*There is a difference between an introvert and a shy person.* *Introvert is someone who does not want to talk to anyone, he rejoices in his own world, and there is nothing wrong with being introvert.* *And shy is the one who want to talk to people but he is not confident, usually shy peoples are extroverts from inside but they don't know how to deal with people, it is curable and everybody must overcome his shyness*

I'm introvert and it's nothing like I hate my voice... I like my voice but hate to talk unnecessarily..my brain speaks more than my mouth.. I actually have social anxiety..my heart beats faster when I speak with unknown or anyone... I always do overthink... That's where I lack communication skills
