I remember being about 7 when I first listened to this song. It’s was god knows what time and I’m in my room scrolling through my dad’s iPod and out of the blue I just hear the opening to fallen leaves and instantly became hooked to the point where I listened to that song religiously all night that night. That was when I first heard of Billy Talent and I loved them that much I showed my older cousin and now she listens to them non stop. Ah the memories.

I'm twenty years old, but I've been to many live shows and concerts - these dudes are BY FAR the best band I've ever seen live. Just the pure energy alone, I'll never forget the atmosphere. One of the best Canadian bands ever, thank you for being a massive influence to my own music! y'all rock

Well i think they mixed something up here ... I never heard anything like that in Austria either. If you change the order of it, it at least forms a word "klinkerstein" :)

This was the first song I heard from this band. I was 8 or 9 and it was my introduction to music other than hearing popular pop songs on the radio. Honestly don’t know what Kind of music I would be listening to right now if it wasn’t for this song… or billy talent!

Avoid the festivals, go see them at a proper gig with a smaller audience. So much more intimate, you won't regret it.

@@JonnieFarrow As somebody who just discovered them now, I would love to do that. Sadly at the upcoming tour, they are only at the big festivals in Germany. Maybe in a few years they'll be back here at a more itemate venue I would love that.

I've kinda a story with this song. I used to listen to it and watch the video a lot when I was about six years old. Every day before school I watched TV with my mum and we loved that song so much. But I never remembered what the name of the song or the band was and then it kinda disappeared from the television and radio. But it came back every now and then into my mind. I didn't know how to find this song but I knew I HAD to know from who it is. And so it went on 10 years. Now I'm sixteen and only a few months ago I found out that my long searched song was Fallen Leaves by Billy Talent. I was sitting with a friend of mine in music class and we had nothing to do so we just showed songs and videos to each other and then he showed me Fallen Leaves. And now I'm a big fan of this band, I explored new music that I didn't know I love and I'm more into this songs than in any other. Thank you guys for this amazing song and all of the music you make.

Yay Vancouver! Sad how DTES is looked down upon, and ironic how it's right beside downtown and then the West End (the richer part of Vancouver). Anyway, love the song (and you guys) so much! The fact that it it's an "ode" and inspired by Pigeon Park/Main and Hastings is a nice bonus.
