I think my prayer got answered listening to this voice back then and now awesome.

i remember listening to Billy when i was little and he was really good and he still is today

When I first heard this song a decade ago, the words just shocked me. And the imagery in the video made me shake my head, and in my mind I was asking myself, is this what the world and America are coming to now? So many young souls involved in violence. In a way, isn't this song prophetic in that it somehow warns everyone that things will get worse unless anybody does anything about it? I still adhere to prayer and I believe Billy's song is right. One voice had been heard, and more voices will be heard if we all still continue to pray and ask for intervention. This song gives so much positivity it's impossible not to love it and agree with it.

It did get worse. There is so much hatred and crime in this world. This year, 2022 has been the worst year so far. We all need to pray harder and learn to love one another better. God help us heal. 🙏❤️

Such a pure and innocent voice. I love listening to Billy, even now that he is older. He has gotten through the voice change and sounds great but I just really love these early songs like this and Oklahoma.

O my gosh when he sings he gives me the chills. It was totly amazing.

I've sung this song 5 times for charity concerts and fundraisers.Billy is my inspiration and It would be the world to meet him.I sing his songs everyday and I listen to them everyday.I would cry for a week if I met him and my life would be complete

Billy had great respect for his Nana back then when he sang this song and recently she passed away shortly after he gave a concert for his 21st birthday. He dedicated a song to his Nana at that concert. This is one geniune nice kid.

Time flies. I remember watching this LIVE on the morning show...my son was currently singing this song at various local karaoke restaurants and also outside of Radio Shack at our local mall...and it wasn’t long after he was invited to sing on Jenny Jones...then went on to Star Search, but his fame never really kicked off like Billy’s did. We did get to meet Billy in 2001 when he was on tour in San Diego. It’s just weird how all of that seems like just yesterday. Time flies so fast. Now Billy is 29 or 30 years old. So strange how quickly it all passes.

So if you're gay and you're a pediatric surgeon who dedicates their life saving hundreds of infants from death, or perhaps gay and a Pulitzer prize winner, or gay and a human rights activist, etc you're all going to hell for your homosexuality because it's a sin! I saw him perform this song on an award show when this song first came out and what really impressed me was that it was the rappers in the audience who cheered and clapped the loudest for him. Busta Rhymes was blown away but that isn't surprising, this boy can sing!!
