The thing a lot of people miss about metal is the ability to deliver painful and sorrowful emotions in its “heavy” tones. The typical screams or even breakdowns in metal really emulate the pain and chaos within all of us. When you listen to metal with that in mind, it allows the emotions and lyrics in the song to hit THAT much harder. Good job doing this bro. Billie did amazing but you added so much emotion

I agree. I fell in love with Metal because of these exact feelings. I’m a very positive, happy go lucky kind of guy, but inside I have feelings that I can only comfortably share with the outside world through my musical expression. Billie’s songs tend to grab me in a similar way. There’s a deep disparity to her music but also the production of her recordings is top notch which also allows thing tiniest sounds to cut through you. 🤘🏼😜
