+Kleavers I am from Eastern Europe and I signed it too. Maybe because in my country and in Europe in general when a politician says he's religious, he becomes a joke. In the US I understood from watching this show - it is a requirement to be elected for a small town's mayor. :)

That could have had unintended political consequences. I think that now that he's reached the "0 fucks given" stage of his presidency, he'll do it.

utkarsh sankrityayan I don't think Bill is the same as Limbaugh in terms of substance. Of course Bill is smarter and more sane. But for the most part, the public views Bill as the poster child for the left and Limbaugh for the right, making them both polarizing figures. I think the president made a calculated decision to avoid Bill's show because he didn't want to deal with the political backlash.

I believe in the last year, I've seen Maher bash Obama more than I ever heard Limbaugh bash Bush, McCain, Romney, etc in the last 15 years. Maher scolds the left as much as the right even sitting members of Congress that are liberal are sitting at the same table as him. I've never heard any conservative be lambasted more than once from Limbaugh. If the overall view of these two Maher is the symbol of the left, and Limbaugh is the symbol of the right, then people aren't really paying attention.

Can you imagine if he showed up and endorsed Bernie?

that'd be sweet. people say some silly fucking shit about Bernie. but as far as I've seen from his exposure on the news, and the occasional research I do regarding his stance on many issues, he seems like the most level headed person running. I thought all politicians were all slightly retarded or in Obama's case opposed to the point of complete inability to function. I whole heartedly hope that Bernie wins.

Completely awesome that he's gotten over a quarter of a million signatures so far! I wouldn't be surprised if he breaks one million by the due date.

+BlackHateMatrix The last signature on Feb 14, 2016, the 30th day, put the count at 319,895. The 30th day is the cut-off day - obviously enough signatures were placed. The site is still counting signatures going into Feb 15. Probably a TimeZone thing since there's 4 minutes left in Feb 14, Pacific Time. Oh wait--- there's Hawaii... guess the count is open for a bit longer.

He finds her warm and entertaining. So do I. He sees Islam for what it truly is. So do I. He thinks "Democrats suck" and that "they're horrible". So do I. He has no time for the Republican bullshit machine. Neither do I. I guess what I'm trying to say is that his honesty is just so fucking refreshing, that it's awfully nice to see it, and I wish more people in show business were like him. He's not the least bit self absorbed, like the Kardashian sisters. He's just Bill Maher.

As of now, 3:06 PM Pacific Time, the petition is at 113,212 signatures. Obama better be on the show or at least give a really good fucking reason for not being on it yet. Maher gave you a million dollars during your campaign and constantly promotes you during his show! At the very least, give Maher an hour of you time in return.

It's about admitting to the problem which the world is facing.From China to India to west Asia to Russia to Oceania to Africa to Europe to north America almost every geopolitical entity is having its own war against islamofascism.Obama as the leader of the free world who isn't a religious scholar or historian shouldn't tell us what islam is or isn't but rather call out Islamism which is a totalitarian ideology manufactured & exported by the oil-rich islamic kingdoms & it's bastard child Pakistan & which seeks to impose it's interpretation of islam on the rest of the world
