It's really considered unprofessional. I agree that sometimes it's funny to watch people lose it when they aren't supposed to, but the humor is coming from the actor's plight in that moment, instead of from the material, and so the pros really make an effort to keep their shit together and let the audience do the laughing.

I see Bill Hader, I click. He is such a phenomenal talent. And I always feel bad for him, when he speaks about his anxiety on SNL. Also, I think it's the greatest compliment you can get from Lorne Michaels, when he says you can stay on his show as long as you want.

Interestingly, I find the same to be true about Colbert. He always seems very genuine and decent.

Watching him in interviews and just anything he's in, I just yell out "He's baby! That's baby! BABY!" all the time.

I really like the sound of genuine laughter, and Bill Has one of those laughs that is contagious. The clip of Bill and Conan playing God of War is gold.

The way he uses his eyes and eye brows to make you think he's actually talking to someone is acting perfection!

I have been head over heels in unrequited love with Bill and his laugh for far too long. Barry is exceptional, it just works - wonderfully written, acted, and produced. He deserves all good things in life, so pleased that he's doing what he adores.

I think I've seen this interview at least a couple of times. Watching Bill Hader can bring laugh and joy in this hard times

Hader's impressions are so great, but I really love the overbite and the giggle! And it made me empathetically nervous when he was talking about his stage fright.

He always talks about how with acting, for him, it’s more about the behavior and observing behaviors rather than putting on a “performance” and how that makes a portrayal so much more authentic and genuine, and I totally agree with that. You can totally tell the difference between actors that are putting on a performance and those that just slip into a character in an authentic way. The former chew up the scenery and make me aware I’m watching a show or movie and the latter is a character I can believe is a real person that I know.

I love Bill Hader. Dude is a national treasure.

I like how Colbert admits he didn't give a shit to catch Season 1. I'd be pretty pissed at that point if I were Hader.

Bill is a gem!
