Wheels alone wouldn't make any difference, the tortoise would also need an engine.

I am envisioning a steampuk tortoise, complete with goggles and a smokestack coming out of the middle of his shell.

Love Clarkson's mad sense of humour but the rest of the group with him, especially Bill Bailey, made it top notch.

There are some great videos of turtles that have learnt to ride skateboards that are really funny...

There is actually a video of a little turtle using a mini toy skateboard to fly around the floor in its owner’s house. . . Look for it!

Not sure I get the klaxon for Hitler? Plenty of sources out there saying that while he wasn't a very good vegetarian and had occasional lapses, overall he had a largely vegetarian diet.

It's called PR machine, babyyyy!)))) Hitler really got off, like many true psychos, being removed as far as he could from his true nature in his mind, or at least from the truth of the main decisions and actions, and propelling the news about the Fuhrer's vegetarian diet and unstoppable live towards younglings and nature were supposed to build the image of loving supportive father of the nation. Besides he was very sentimental like many truly dangerous people - and right at that moment probably sincerely enjoyed himself eating those spinach& broccoli balls and playing with his dog))) but easily would sign yet another executions list the next)))
