This is very true! Any Authentic kashmiri recipe which the Kashmiri Pandits actually use to make will have no onion no garlic, instead will have fennel and ginger. Kashmiri aloo dum also have these two as the prime ingredients. Wonderful recipe yet it's so simple

As a kashmiri I totally agree with the recipe ❤this is the exact one that we made on daily basis.. Next Time: dip the paneer in turmeric water for 10 mins then fry it trust me the level of tastiness will get doubled 😊

my childhood memory in kashmir,dad s army quarter there .we lived 4years there .machhli mandir, pumpkin manni,kashmiri rajma chawal.I was only 4years and lived in kashmir was 8years old . I never forgotten the taste of the food now I am 40and cook myself but that taste i don’t have in my food ❤

I am from Delhi I have made my own dish this is sooo tasty ayiooooo 1.take 3 tomato and roast it 2.make tomato puree 3.then take Potato and fry it with oil 4.mash it 5.use all spices (khade masale,chilli powder haldi.) 6.Mix them together and and give it tadka .
