Bikepacking France and Eurovelo 6.
Музыка
Cycling from Paris I follow the eurovelo 3 and 55 to Dijon and then on the eurovelo 6. Rather than a travel guide, I tried to capture the experience as I felt it. I cycle solo and don't plan ahead, taking everything as it comes. Mostly camping wild except for 1 night in Dijon.
Virgin to Vampire is a bit of a dream of bikepacking to the start of an ultramarathon.

Thank you Almost 66, next year you can make a movie called Route 66!
This is the kind of touring cycling I love. Thank you for helping to keep me motivated when the rest of life takes time away from cycling. :)

I watched your father's videos. So I thought I better check out the crazy son who headed off to Transylvania. Your videos catch the same spirit. Happy cycling.

Did you mention about the bicycle you're riding? Rohloff, Pinion, or Derailer? Pedaling through the river, wow!

It's an old Dawes, about 30 years old. My dad's girlfriend put about 20.000km on it before it retired in the barn. I gave it a new life 😊 By the time I made it to Romania all the moving bits were replaced along the way 😄
Nice to see you again, Jan! Stay persecuting your dreams. (And your juicy Irish?🤷♂️? Accent) are you still living in the Cambridge area?

Hello! Great video. Going to do the EV6 back home to Transilvania this summer. What tent do you have? Is it easily packable? Thanks

Hi, I used the Ordos 3 from Alpkit. It's comfortable for 2 and really good for 1 with lots of paniers. At 1,7kg it's worth having a bit more space. Easy enough to set up. Happy cycling!
