As I have gotten older, my knees aren't as good as they once were and bikepacking is my favorite way of longer distance camping.

Wow I never knew that bike path existed. Neat. I used to love riding my bike into Pleasant Valley Reservoir. Only way to go.

That was fun, and different with the bikes, your dinner though, my goodness, looks so good, oh, it was! Lol.. nice fire and whiskey night. Awesome vid.

About 52 years ago, maybe more, I did the walk to Glenn Canyon Camp with Troop 930 out of Whittier, California. Tiring, but a fun weekend trip.

Awesome bikepacking trip... This area is absolutely beautiful, the cleanest place in Azusa Canyon by far. We did a bikepacking trip there in December. The small stream is a great source for filtering water. Thank you for sharing. Take care Jason. 🇺🇲

I'm hearing from other people there are a few downriver near where another creek comes in.

Sierra slammer mini jigs worked for me about 6 weeks ago in that murky water

Awesome to hear! I was told by some a couple hunters back there that a lot fish died off with all the silt coming into the water from the bobcat fire.

I have and extra rear rack that you can have.. if its the right fit ill help you install it..
